The breakfast here in unreal. The eggs benny is great and the healthy hash is nice as well - the servers were friendly.
I enjoy tapas a lot...however I wouldn't say that this was the best I have had. The restaurant is very nice, small and quaint. We arrived early at the suggestion of the hotel's concierge. We shared a number of tapas, however went to order wine and the listing was not the greatest. And the waitress was not very knowledgeable in... More
After c.15 years of visiting Whistler, I'm mildly abashed to have only just discovered Elements. However, we'll definitely be making up for lost time and coming back for more. The food was fresh, local and full of flavour and interest. Three of us shared the charcuterie plate, with delicious meats, terrine and local cheeses, the seared ahi tuna, the goats... More
We were let to this charming place by accident and we had the most scrumptious, fresh & delicious breakfast! I fell in love with their guava juice and passion fruit dressing on fruit salad! They have beautiful breakfast meats and pastries! Yum!
Frequently search out tapas restaurants as one of our favorite meals. Lived on it when traveling through Spain last year. Enjoy finding restaurants with their own take on it, dishes unique to them. Elements has that and excellent tasting food also. Helpful service, informal, good prices. Highly recommend.
Remains a firm favourite Menu has improved again and the staff are good at making suggestions and mixing and matching given the tapas style Local brewed beer is interesting and they were happy to let us try it before opting for one. Cocktails are also interesting Watching the kitchen function is always interesting and the staff work hard in a... More
This restaurant is slightly off the beaten track, since it's not in the main village, but is easy enough to find, being on Main Street. It's pretty small but has a really nice friendly atmosphere with very good service. We had the following: Goat cheese with beet salad - Very nice and fresh Sesame-crusted seared ahi tuna - Beatifully-cooked with... More
This is a small cozy restaurant off the main village stroll. Signage is small so you have to look for it. We went mid-week around 6 pm and by 6:30 it was full - no reservations. The selection of tapas was excellent and everything we had was very tasty! Be aware that although the tapa prices are reasonable, you will... More
We were in Whistler for five days and ate here three times. The food was that good. We will definately go back on our next trip.
