Best Canadian tapas!!!

This place isn't rated high enough on Trip Advisor for the area! The elements used to create the dishes from the open concept kitchen are unfathomable. Every dish was a well thought masterpiece. From bruschetta to venison the servers and the chefs rocked it. Two couples sat down hungry and got... read more

Had brunch here on the weekend, I've eaten here several times since it opened. The food is always good, creative menu, good value BUT,the service is consistently NOT good. The staff are dismissive and disinterested and outright rude. I try it out once or twice a year, to see if anything changes, but, they are consistent. This is vacation resort,... More

This was a local recommendation and I don't know how it's not ranked higher! We travel and eat out often and this breakfast did not disappoint. We found it in the village and with a little wait got to the bar. We were greeted by the manager and treated to jokes and coffee. He's a character but the place feeds... More

Decent prices and a cool atmosphere. I had the caramelized oatmeal - fantastic. A short walk off the village stroll but well worth the walk. Friendly staff and bat seating over looking the cooks.

this place is amazing! the cocktails are very creative but still keeping the classics good. Lots of great martinis... Very good tapas selection. I like that their menu was arranged by protein from light to heaviest... and they have a special section for lettuce wraps, very creative. Try the duck, very, very good... and save room for dessert! the best... More

My friend and I shared 4 plates plus a desert. The highlight was the goat cheese balls- one of the best dishes I've ever had. I recommend sitting at the bar so you can watch all the action!

Our family visit Whistler every winter for skiing, and we always have headache finding restaurants that provide both good food at affordable prices. Don't get me wrong as there are many excellent fine dining restaurants in Whistler, but be prepared to pay at least $80 per head for 3 courses & 1 glass of wine only. Or you can go... More

Great selection of vegetarian options and the chef was willing to adjust for a vegan request. The tofu lettuce bowls and beet salad were fab. The melon & habanero martini's were deliciously hot and the service as always personal & efficient.

Although we have been to Elements for many an excellent dinner with consistently good service, it had been a while since our last visit so we decided to try the breakfast offerings as a birthday treat. As always, the menu is great and overall our meals were excellent. However, it was the service that has made what was once a... More
