What a find! Our group was not able to make a reservation at Sushi Village so decided to come here. It is off the main village and on 2nd floor so not too busy when we visited. The restaurant is very cute, with tables and some semi-private tatami rooms. The setting is straight out of Japan! For a moment I... More

Ate with the family on Friday night. the food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Even the portion sizes were generous. My only problem was that there were just 2 waitresses on duty for the whole restaurant. They were totally frazzled but did their best. The owners should get more staff and it would get top marks!

Great little place to get a beer and some solid izakaya-style food and/or sushi. Food can be a little slow when it gets really busy though.

Came here twice during our Whistler vacation. The first time we were with a smaller group of 7 people and went earlier in the evening (around 6:00). We were in and out in an hour due to the restaurant not being super busy. The best thing to get is their BBQ pork ramen, Spicy Agradashi Tofu, and their mango roll.... More

This place is an absolute gem. The whole place is decked out like the Japanese village, complete with private rooms for large tables and awnings that jut out from the side of the walls to look like Japanese roof tops. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, we felt really at ease and happy eating here. We had our... More

Unexpectedly excellent! the Salmon Sakana Kun Rolls (in kabayaki Bbq sauce) was so delicious ... 8 big pieces of sushi for only 9.50 ... and a great glass of chardonnay only 7.00. Various seating options for big and small parties but all sort of boothed ... so could suit anyone. Ours overlooked a parking bay. The rest dont really have... More

Having come up to Whistler in the summer for a few summers now (mainly for the Gran Fondo), we've been hard pressed to find decent restaurants with reasonable prices. When I stumbled upon Harajuku's website I was pretty intrigued. I checked it out tonight (Friday night). It's a bit hard to find, but if you have a smart phone it's... More

This place is tucked away in whistler village so it was definitely a challenge to find. We were the only table at 6:30 for dinner and it was kind of awkward. The waiter was very nice and more people trickled in as time went on. As for the food, it wasn't bad. Sushi rolls were fresh and not fishy, the... More

It was hard to find this place. We first tried to drive in our car, then went back to our hotel and walked the 10 minute distance (5 minutes, if by car). Away from the noise and buzz of the village, you can just focus on the yummy food. We love the tatami rooms! There was only 1 server when... More

This restaurant is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler's main village but easily walkable from most hotels. It can be mistaken for a hole in the wall from the outside but inside, it's like stepping into old world Japan. The food is very fresh, authentic and tasty. With decent portions, we thought the restaurant was excellent value.... More
