My family recently spent a night at Whistler's Four Seasons Hotel and the stay was fantastic. At our last visit during the winter, we were not able to reserve a spot for the in-house restaurant, Sidecut Steakhouse, so we made a point of making a reservation at the same time as we booked our hotel to ensure we would have... We went to this restaurant because the reviews seemed good, but.....First thing,we waited 2 hours for our food, (and we're sitting for 3hours total) I ordered lamb chops ($45.00) and my order came with 1very small double chop (3 bites) and a 2 inch piece of lamb belly. My friend ordered a New York bone in and it was tough.... More

The steak was the best I have ever tasted. it just melted in your mouth. The choice of rubs was lovely and just enhanced the flavour of the meat. The BC wine was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. A really special treat and a must when staying in Whistler

The steaks looked great, the seasoning options and little sauce bottles that come with the steaks were great. However, I chose the special which was Ivory Spring Salmon that had been caught that day. This was the BEST SALMON OF MY LIFE! service was wonderful as well!

Best salmon we have ever had, excellent wait staff. Someone in our party asked for cheese cake for dessert (which wasnt on the menu, or even in the building) The staff went to a close buy restaurant and brought cheese cake back, these are things you remember

We were staying at the Four Seasons when we came here and boy am I glad we did. Service was good and the value was fantastic. We had the "Long Bone" Ribeye which came with a bottle of wine, 2 starters and 2 sides. The steak was simply amazing. Perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The rubs really added a... More

Side Cut is part of the Four Seasons resort in Whistler and therefore a little way away from the village centre (about 15 minute walk). One of the pricier dining venues here, we did however enjoy some wonderful steaks and the outside tables on a fine Summer's evening are a great place to be.

A little pricey and would of thought a side would be included in the price, steak was excellent and the rubs are a great idea and point of difference! Great setting!

Having visited Sidecut last summer for a few meals we were excited to return this summer. It is still a good choice but there's something missing this year. We have eaten there twice so far and it was good - just not off the hook good. The house made spice rubs and steak sauces are great. All the ingredients are... More

The typical spread of a hotel breakfast buffet for $32/pp. However, kids 5 and under eat free so it was worth it for us, as I can see from the menu that a stack of pancakes would already cost you $21. Service was excellent and very friendly.
