If you are planning a visit to Whistler put this restaurant at the top of your list. Chef Nicholas cooks innovative, well balanced food using imaginative combinations. Our favourite was elk tartare with duck liver - superb. The pork belly was up there too. Service excellent and a nice selective wine list. Definite value we thought.

My first thoughts upon arrival was, " ok this is going to be a trendy average expensive meal"! NOT SO! These guys rock! Great, creative quality food using local ingredients. We are so impressed that we make it a must every time we are in Whistler! Don't miss it.

The owner is actively involved with the operations and has shown a real commitment to using local ingredients for the menu, which is evident in the quality of the food. Put this spot at the top of your list if you plan to visit Whistler, BC.

I can only agree with previous reviews, this place is fantastic! We had the salmon which was cooked to perfection and came with some delicious vegetables, a rice crisp and an asparagus pannacotta. The mix of textures and flavors was excellent! We also had a creamy meringue dessert and one of the house cocktails, both had complex flavors in many... More

We has the Travelzoo deal that was $65. Awesome value and I highly recommend it it's available still when you read this. The deal gives you 2 alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 desserts. We received to flutes of sparkling wine to start and ordered the elk and duck liver parfait as the appetizer. The sparkling wine was a... More

Things we love: 1. A small menu, which pretty much guarantees that every option will be special 2. An imaginative approach to blending ingredients, and preparing them exceptionally well 3. A commitment to local sourcing 4. Strong customer service which delivered the level of care we expect, without being too slick or ingratiating - a real human touch. We enjoyed... More

This a great bistro- we went as a family- and everyone of us enjoyed the food- the flavors are unbelievable, so intense and they go so well together. The food is super fresh. The atmosphere is great, relaxed and friendly. The staff is very attentive. It's pricey but worth it- indulge yourself. At the first bite my kids and husband... More

We dined here two nights ago and enjoyed one of the best meals of our lives. The taste combinations have to be experienced to be believed. I had the elk parfait to start which was different but delicious. We both had the pork for a main and were impressed that we needed no extra vegetables/ salad. All the flavours of... More
