Very nice

good local food in season. Have their own herbs and honey. Fish was perfectly cooked. Veggies were fresh as was the fruit. The buffet breakfast had a very large selection to choose from.

This was not our first experience dining at the Wildflower however it had been a number of years since we were here last. We dined here last weekend to celebrate a birthday. The service was excellent, just as it had been in the past. Dale, our server was extremely attentive to the peanut allergy identified at our table. Everyone enjoyed... More

At our first and last stay at the Fairmount Chateau, my toddler fell sick so my husband went to order take out at the Wildflower restaurant (located by the hotel's lobby). They refused to let him order as they only let people to seat in. My husband ended up walking to the village at night to buy us food yet... More

We ate breakfast every morning at The Wildflower when staying at the Fairmont. Their buffet was absolutely wonderful and everything presented was very fresh. The servers themselves were polite and helpful. Ask for a slice of the ham, it's heavenly!

The breakfast buffet at the Wildflower is stunning. All the standard fare, plus some amazing different options that were just stunning. The pastry and dessert area was amazing! Tonnes of fruit, a whole selection of meats/cheeses, an omelette table etc.. Our server, Leigh, was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel so special. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the... Upon asking a bunch of locals for a good, not-too-expensive spot for breakfast, many folks steered us here. We were pleased with the suggestion as our meal was priced reasonably & we had a lot of good food & the service was great. One day we sat at the bar & 2 or 3 of the staff members chatted with... The Wildflower has a great balance of quality, sophisticated food which is served with a relaxed but highly professional manner. Fantastic wild mushroom risotto and buffalo carpaccio. Not cheap but nothing of quality is. All enjoyed whilst watching the snow gently fall outside.

Dear miccla11, Thank you for telling us about your time in the Wildflower. Sounds like you lucked out on one of most magical nights in the Wildflower with the falling snow. It is a favourite for us!! We hope you will join us again for another dinner, Maybe on the summer patio! Kind regards, Wildflower Manager More
