Stayed in the upper village this trip to Whistler, and had several very nice meals at Wildflower. Servers, especially Warren and John, were top notch. Deconstructed salad Nicoise was spectacular!

This is a repeat visit for me and consistently fabulous food at the restaurant but the service is well below the quality of the food. I think the waiters are mostly skiers or boarders who need a job. They are friendly but not 5star. Enjoy the great food but live with the service this is Whistler not fine dining.

The food at this restaurant is consistently awesome. I have dined here probably 20 times over the last few years and I have never once been even remotely disappointed. The staff are very helpful and kind as well.

We enjoyed a nice dinner here during the off season during Oct 2014. They were running a special for 5 course meal, but the options were limited so we ordered off the menu instead. Food quality was excellent. Prices were decent for fine dining. Atmosphere and ambience were superb.

This was an amazing lunch spot. I highly recommend any of the salads. For dessert, the pecan pie is a must.

We stayed at the Fairmont Whistler on a Rocky Mountaineer tour. It seemed the hotel and town itself were on wind down for the end of the tourist season. The Wildflower was a really nice restaurant with great decor and excellent service. The service switched seamlessly between waitresses and waiters and the service was very natural. We dined here for... More

The Wildflower is a slightly lesser up-scale in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and prices are slightly lower than in The Grill. Service was impeccable and the menu selection quite good. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Unless you are really really hungry I would order breakfast a-la-carte rather than choose the buffet.

We were staying at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler in September 2014. Dined at 6pm because we were ravenous. Marianne had salmon, Bryan had a rib eye steak. We both agree it was one of our best meals in British Columbia. Marianne avoids gluten in meals; her needs were accommodated (gluten free bread and macaroons). Service was superb (remember we were... Quiet ambience at 9 PM. They made my steak to my specifications. On a Thursday night in september, it was relatively quiet. Service was excellent, food was tasty and presented in a timely manner.
