Great service & food

We enjoyed our visit to this location. We sat in the bar which was much quieter than the restaurant & had lovely huge windows that overlooked the lawn bowling club. Our server did an excellent job. The food was hot & tasted very good. We found the price of three small meatballs a bit expensive but... read more

I am a regular, great food and good value for your money. Teenagers aren't always easy to please but it is one of their favourite places to dine. There is usually always a wait, but it is worth it!

I've been to the spaghetti factory a half dozen times over the years. Going back to their first outlet in Gastown, Vancouver and now more recently here in Victoria. It's always been assembly line pasta - edible but just. The big selling feature is that you get your salad/soup and spumoni ice cream for desert. Neither of those features is... More

Our whole staff came to this restaurant for dinner one night. The service was courtesy and quick, there was something for everyone. We found the portions very large and most people couldn't finish what they had ordered. Good family fare.

Children's menu has more variety than most places and allows substitutions. Pasta dishes come with soup or salad and spumoni icecream. And the fresh baked loaf of bread is delicious with both plain and garlic butter. Prices are very reasonable.

…we went for spaghetti but got more coats hitting our table items, hip and bottom views instead as we were seated at the top of the stairs across from the very busy bussing station and a table of 8 with very little room for anyone to navigate between besides all the servers activity right there. It was very busy so... More

OK this place was packed, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for table of 3 and larger parties had a 45-60 minute wait and there was an even longer line up when we left BUT worth the wait. Lots of food for the value & it was delicious. Had brown butter sauce with salty cheese on spagetti & it was... More

We just got into town and needed a family friendly place to eat. The atmosphere fit the mood. A bit over priced for a plate of mostly pasta.
