We often eat a Kelsey's. It an fairly good restaurant, however who ever heard of BBQ or Thai fajitas? In the end they are bland and tasteless. Come on I know you can do better.

We visited here before a movie and had about an hour to have some appys before the movie started. We ordered right away, and waited, and waited. At the 45 minute mark we started to get worried as none of the tables sat before us had received their food. When it arrived 5 minutes before the movie start, we got... More

Love this place. My partner and I's favorite place to go if we are in a rush or don't feel like looking around for a special fancy restaurant. We service is great, fast and the staff is wonderful! We've never had a problem with this place. Some items on the menu seem pricier than they should be but it never... More

Trapped by construction closing one entrance to the mall area, we decided that rather than spend twenty minutes in line waiting to exit, we'd have lunch. Kelsey's over in the corner looked a likely choice and so it turned out. Friendly greeting and immediate seating (about noon on a Sunday) once asked, they promptly turned the music down as we... We were at the Pearkes Rec Hall for an event for a full week. Kelsey's is very close and was offering a discount for the participants; so, of course, we tried them for dinner. The food was very good. In fact, we went back two more times, and were never disappointed. It was a bit crowded and noisy, but we... More

After walking out of Milestones in Langford due to a very noisey enviroment and a disinterested hostess who did not offer to move us (although we commented on our displeasure of seating location) from the bar side to the quiet side until we were leaving, we found ourselves at Kelseys at the Tillicum Center. The hostess was awesome so friendly.... More

How about $10 for a grilled cheese sandwich! Very expensive prices for middling, small portion faire. After taxes, the plate of nachos costs $16. Served on a small dinner plate, it consists of about 30 chips, a sprinkle of cheese and greasy ground beef buried under a mountain of shredded lettuce. They even have the gall to charge an extra... This is one of those place people go to because there is nothing else better. Food is acceptable, service is slow, and atmosphere is very boring. They have an all u can eat wings deal but we didn't dare try it as wings looked gross and it was $18 (lunch). Soup too oily, pulled pork to dry, and salad was... More

I recently visited your restaurant with my Mother, brother, sisters, and friends and left very dissapointed. Now I have been in your establishment on several occasions, because the restaurant beside you (Montana's) is very busy. I feel I have been let down as I do live in the community and frequent the area often. I, my family and my friends will... More
