Long line, good food.

There was quite a line up but that seems normal around here with so many people. Moved pretty quick and the food was good. Prices were moderate. Ate the halibut and chips, it was very satisfying. Check it out!

Stood in line for 45 minutes for fish and chips that I felt I could have got elsewhere with less a wait. However they do have some more adventurous menu items that people sitting around us were raving about (Jerk Fish and Ribs). I'd be interested in going back to try them.

We stumbled across this place when there was only a shot line (10 people), and decided to stop for dinner. What a great setting. Food was quick, only had to line up for about 10 mins to order. My hubby loved his taco (tuna) and I enjoyed my salmon one. We tried the deep fried pickle (why not!) and it... More

Chowder is glorious, a lot like a Thai soup. I tried both tortilla versions of the tacones and both are great. Said is yummy but maybe a little overdressed (is that a thing in Canada?).

This food kiosk has been a fixture on downtown Victoria's waterfront for a long time. On nice days, the queue can be quite long but that's ok because it's along the boardwalk, lots going on, water-planes landing and taking off, great views. It features fresh, grilled or deep fried, with yummy dressings. Deep fried dill pickles are worth trying.

A little outdoor takeout place on the waterfront across from Nellie's Restaurant. No sitting area but don't let the line up frustrate you. The wait is worth it. Food to go when there are so many places to see...this will enlighten your trip. There are many culinary twists...it will be hard to choose what you'd like to eat! We ate... More

Didn't realize this was a food truck but worked perfect to have a quick bite to eat before the ferry. The fish is enormous!

Best fish and chips in Victoria. As well, try the red dog! Or any of the other fare it's all good. The only downside is the really long lines! It's almost time they expand or get a second location! Hint hint! The ambience is fantastic too...you sit outside on the dock and it can be any kind of weather and... More

Went to Red Fish Blue Fish while visiting based solely on the reviews... Spot on! The chowder was hearty, the fish & chips were the best I ever had. Not too long of a wait and the entire crew running the place clearly were passionate about what they were doing. Lots of room to eat on the docs and the... More
