We loved our experience at Red Fish Blue Fish! Such great fresh fish and a fun dining experience. You should expect to wait a while in line, but the food is totally worth the wait. Also, it's all outdoor dining at the harbor which is really nice, but don't expect to have shade since there are only a few shaded... More

Before visiting Victoria, several people recommended this little but extremely popular fish place. Located on a wharf below Wharf Street, this restaurant consists of two shipping containers converted into a grill, with dining on stools along the edge of the wharf. The fish served is extremely fresh, the chips are tasty, and the extras, although few, are good. Only open... More

This was the funkiest place I have ever eaten, and my crab sandwich was to die for. I loved looking out on the harbor and watching the well fed seagulls vie for position. We had to wait in line, but the line went quickly. I wouldn't miss this place for anything, though it was a little hard to find from... More

on a walk round Victoria harbour we got to this restaurant about lunch time - lucky for us. At the time we arrived the line was not too long and it gave us a chance to talk to some local people about the food and ask for their recommendations..... One of them gets lunch here several times a week. Fish... More

I'm a local and have eaten at this take out many times. The tacones are amazing. For $5-$7 you can have a satisfying fish lunch made by environmentally conscious restauranteurs. Lineups are normal in good weather, but worth the wait. Outdoor seating. Highest recommendations.

Very Good Fish and Chips. Always a big lineup around meal times but worth the wait. I need to try the fish Tacos next trip.

Really well done fish and chips and a nice place outside to eat it. minus for the people around that fed the gulls and made them fly really close the dishes begging for more.

My partner and I had lunch at Red Fish Blue Fish and enjoyed every mouthful! We decided to visit based on the review in the Lonely Planet guidebook and were so pleased we took note. We had to queue for quite a while but the food was worth it. We had a scrumptious chowder each and I had a salmon... More

This was our second visit to Red Fish Blue Fish and it was really good. We had the chowder, which has great flavour. I had the albacore smoked belly BLT and my husband had the smoked albacore tacone and the jerk tacone. Omg! The jerk tacone was our favorite, the others were really good too though. There's something about eating... More

Ate here five years ago and I have been talking about it ever since. So I had high expectations! Returned and it was once again, the best fish and chips I have ever had! Halibut was so fresh. Can't wait to return to Victoria one day and eat here again!!!!
