Ok quite simply the best fish n chips ever, it's worth the line up deep fried salmon was amazing and watching the Coho ferry arrive on the dock while eating was great, if your visiting Victoria you have to eat here.

Fish consumption has never been more enticing as we sit by the ocean, outdoors, at the best fish taco place in Victoria! Try their poutine; it'll challenge all of what you assumed poutine should be and make you want to order seconds. All portions are generous and flavourful and are, without a doubt, fresh from the sea! Number 1 seafood... More

Here is a place that looks like any other open grill along the coast of any resort, but don't be fooled! People begin lining up here early, and with good reason, their fish is extraordinary, and the rest of their menu items are also very popular. The seating is obviously, outdoors, either on barrels, or on a covered hut with... More

Try the tacones, it is recommended and visited by locals and it is really really good. Eat two tacones and you will not be hungry again for the next halft of a day. Don't give up if you don't find it immediately

very good fish and chips -halibut was excellent but be prepared to queue for an hour and then no comfortable places to sit to enjoy the food which was unfortunate.

Been in Victoria for 30 years have always had my favorite fish haunts...stopped to try new place and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were busting their buns working to get everything prepared. The line up was impressive...fish was very good...thought you could get a bit more "bang for your buck". Suppose you are paying for the experience!

Red Fish Blue Fish was recommended by some Victorian friends. The first time we went there the line was long and we had to catch a ferry. This time we waited and the line moved quite fast. Now I know why there is often a line to order here. The food is awesome. Price reasonable. No pretense. Even the music... More

It was 7:30 p.m., 30 minutes after their closing time of 7:00, but there was still a long line of customers waiting to order food. We had just joined the line, at the end. The owner announced that they would regrettably have to close after all of us had been served. He came to stand by us & told everyone... More

I had heard many people say that Red Fish Blue Fish was the place to go! And I was not disappointed! This shipping container on the wharf doesn't look like much but it packs a punch for amazing fish and chips! You have many other choices on the menu and they offer 1 or 2 piece cod or halibut. For... Highly recommended to us but how could this be the same place. A sea container converted into a sub standard fish take out stand. I had lots of time to observe the inner workings during the 45 minute wait. Definitely over hyped must be catering to tourists from the prairies. I do believe that the fish is local and fresh...
