We've been coming to Victoria for 35 years and it's a tradition for us to come here. The place looks like a 1950s diner, but that's an attraction for me. I wouldn't change the decor for anything. They used to have signs on their tables that if you're only one or two at a table and things get busy, please... More

What a treat and special experience! From the moment you step into the Dutch Bakery, you're captivated by the sights and smells. The counter is the perfect place for a meal or snack with a family-run old school vibe that there aren't enough of these days. From the bakery displays to the history, a true special visual and culinary experience!

My wife had a pastry with a cup of cappuccino and I had a waffle. Both dishes were good and service also on par. This appears to be a local hangout.

Delicious bakery in the front, coffee shop at the back. Ate breakfast here twice, excellent basic eggs, bacon, hashbrowns & toast. Chocolate milk was made with syrup though.

Came here in the morning the day that we were returning to Seattle on the Clipper. Wanted something to eat on the voyage. Bought three pastries - mostly with marzipan and almonds. One was cake based another puff pastry and the third was sort of like a Napoleon. Boy, they were the best pastries we've had in a really long... More

Very good selection of fresh and delicious pastries. Great customer service. The Magnolia Hotel & Spa uses their chocolates for turndown service. Every city needs a great bakery and this is a great one!

Very friendly service. Old style European bakery. An apple crumb pie that was super yummy. And only $7 or something. Tasted like an awesome cinammon bun in some ways. Lots of seating in the restaurant. 1960s style. I definitely want to go back for a meal next visit.

Took my kids here and the place looks the same as it did 40 years ago - which is very cool. We sat down in those old familiar booths and kids had burgers and we had the croquettes and a meat pie. The kids didn't like burgers as the meat tasted a lot like sausage meat. Flavours were a bit... More

We sourcing a birthday cake for a friend at the last minute & best variety was at this bakery. The price point was excellent, however this fresh, tasty cake was worth every penny! Thoroughly enjoyed by all adults at the party. We will return soon to try this establishment again.
