Breakfast was great..

We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast in the restaurant.. a shame, however, that you need reservations to get a good table.. The food was great but the waiter was really very surly.. very curt and in a hurry..

We had breakfast on the terrace, which was very nice and ample to eat. They supply blankets if it gets cold.

The fish and chips was mostly batter with lots of oil and little fish to be found. The breakfast of eggs and toast came with greasy potatoes and dry toast. Food selection could be increased and quality enhanced.

We had breakfast a couple of times whilst on a recent stay. The omelette I was served was extremely underdone and I had to leave most of it. To be fair they took it off the bill , however I would have rather had my breakfast cooked properly. The second time of trying I had cereal and fruit. despite a... More

We stayed at Laurel Point and chose to eat at the hotel a number of times even though we were walking distance to a number of other places simply because they had good food and a good view.

Delicious meals, lots of choice, Japanese influences and great flavours. Interesting and unusual salads, great mains, I had duck and my husband had pork. Great presentation and skill in the cooking.

Stayed in the newest addition. Beautiful views of the lake and scenery from a fabulous balcony! Service from the staff is second to none.

Located next to the inner harbour with views over the water it is surprising that this restaurant does not offer good fish and seafood choices on the menu. My wife and I ate dinner here while staying in Victoria. We were greatly disappointed with the quality of the meal. We chose a pork loin main course which proved to be... More

Not very friendly staff. Feel like they are doing you a favor. Seated and waited 15 minutes to be served and then told restaurant was closing. Limited choices
