Our mistake! When we walked into this highly touted hotel restaurant for lunch, and saw very few patrons, we should have walked out. Perhaps this is best at night when they have their "A" team staff on, but for lunchtime the staff seamed to be the standard hotel coffee shop variety. Although I balked at the prices (and the serving sizes, either tiny or enormous - 1.5 pounds of crab for one person??), it was an excellent meal, one of the best on the trip.
