A fantastic dining experience! The presentation of each of the plates was great and the tastes to follow did not disappoint.

Good food, lovely presentation, good service. And it was in our hotel so I used their breakfast buffet every day of our stay.

Warmly welcomed, prompt and friendly but not intrusive service. A well prepared and tasty meal without having to leave our hotel.

We ate at Vic's after a tour of Butchart Gardens. Our tour bus stopped at the Harbour Towers Hotel and Vic's was located inside. Like many hotel restaurants it was not very busy, but the wait staff treated us like VIPs. The food was fantastic (I had seafood and soup, outstanding; my husband had steak - perfectly cooked- and salad... More

The staff were first and immediate indication we were in a good restaurant. They were attentive, helpful, but also very friendly. All meals were excellent, 2 steak meals, cooked just right, with advice offered up front on what was what and about preparation and other dishes wonderful. Wines available extensive and affordable. We had a long and enjoyable dinner here... More

We read the reviews about Vic's for supper so we did not go. We were staying in the hotel and took the breakfast deal. The breakfast buffet is great. Large breakfast area for about 75 people. It is like an art gallery with some real nice huge native art and also a local artist who's work is for sale down... More

I had the continental breakfast $8 some tasteless, oily pastries. My husband had the regular buffet breakfast $13 for toast, eggs, bacon & over-spiced dry potatoes. And coffee was extra!

We stayed in Best Western and found this restaurant in front. It was a very bad experience in every aspect. The service was very slow and inefficient. Steaks were thin and dry. We asked for medium-rare steaks and got medium-well. It more than a hotel basic restaurant than a real good restaurant. You can find much better restaurant in Victoria.
