We went to enjoy a nice dinner with our family, two kids 4 and 2months and we were told that we could not go in because the high chairs had no spine support, I told the hostess that would be fine because the baby is too young for a high hair and that he could stay in his buggy. (A... More

we shared the lobster, crab prawn dish etc requesting a second lobster tail - absolutely delicious and not expensive compared with English restaurants. we ate there twice during our stay and would have gone back again and again but ran out of time.

When we told the concierge at our hotel we wanted to have crab this evening they rec'd here. We had a reservation and were seated right away as we walked past the fresh tank in the front and had our eye on a dungeoness or two. Wine list was adequate but we chose to go with a local Pinot noir... More

Although we were in the heart of Victoria, the restaurant didn't have a very touristy feel - the vibe had a nice urban feel to it and we were really pleased to be there. We sat outside and the heaters took off the September chill. The staff were attentive and keen to help us make the right choices for us... More

The concierge at the Fairmont recommended this place for, 'seafood'. My wife had halibut that had very little flavor. I had a seafood risotto that was bland and gummy. There were some good reviews for this place, how did we get such a different experience?

First night in Victoria stopped here to get our first taste of seafood in the port city. The food was good, and the place was very busy. Had a 30 minute wait at the bar, which was fine. This is a nice restaurant with a nice selection on the menu. The food was good, not spectacular, but we would stop... More

I was referred to this place by friends and it had good food but I think, for the price ,it wasn't worth it. I had the lobster trio with shrimp dumplings and it was good but I don't think I would eat here again. Too pricy for what you get.
