Scrumptious!

Beautiful spot on/near the harbour. Excellent seafood, atmosphere, service. If you could bottle the fabulous smells that overwhelm you when you enter, you'd be rich! I'm writing this review a year later and it's still fresh!

Our friends and my wife and I were visiting Victoria and decided at the last moment to visit Nautical Nellies without a reservation on a Friday evening. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff were able to accommodate us. We had a wonderful dinner accompanied by an excellent wine. The dishes were well prepared and the service was great. Out... We received a 4 course anniversary dinner for two as a gift....the restaurant is downtown overlooking the harbour. The anniversary meal had choice of soup or salad, shared appy plate, choice for entree and dessert. We had kale caesar salads, crab cakes, strip steak and crab legs, and cheesecake. All were very generous portions, all very good. Our only comment was... More

We ended up at Nautical Nellies as a happy mistake. The first place we chose for dinner was not able to seat us, our second choice had a 45 minute wait time, our third place smelled rather odd, and so Nautical Nellies was our 4th choice....and are we glad the first three did not work out! The scallops appetizer was... More

I took my Mum for lunch and were greeted right away and offered a table with a view of the Marina. The service was perfect and not rushed which I like. We both had the shrimp and scallop linguine which was perfect and a nice size for lunch. Great place for lunch with a view.

This is a very nice, but upscale restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. I would advice making reservations

We were in Victoria for the weekend to do a Halibut fishing trip with a local guide and the hotel we were staying in recommended Nautical Nellies for their Fish and Chips and other sea food. The place is very crowded, there were 4 of us and I kept bumping into the person at the table behind me. Service was... More

First night had dinner. Crab cakes were OK. Bit overpriced for its quality. Festival of Seafood and other seafood dish (forgot name came in a bowl) was aaaaaaamazing! Nice atmosphere and staff awesome. Food came quick. During our dinner we learned about happy hour appy time. Cheap beer and food. We went back the next day. Had prawns, gyoza, beer... More

Not just a fish restaurant - fabulous selection. Great service and excellent atmosphere. Close to inner harbour.

For a special couples dinner out, the food was great but: - the waiter was snobby and unhelpful - the music was too loud to talk - it took a long time to get our food even though it didn't seem overly busy - and the prices were too high to put up with all of that.
