This was my second visit to the Twisted fork. Love this place and it's fantastic grasp of technology. A friend and I walked into hear there was a 35 minute wait. The host was gracious enough to let us know we wouldn't have to wait around but would send us a text when were the second ones in line. We... More

This is a small, casual, unpretentious place that catered to my peanut allergy. The breakfast menu is plentiful and original. The food didn't come too quick but it was worth the wait. When it came it was so hot and yummy. My son had the banana stuffed French toast which was gigantic and my colourful frittata was perfect. I plan... More

This small cafe is great for a hearty breakfast to start your day or recover from the night before! It looks dark and dated, but the staff are quick and the food is really good. Housemade preserves are particularly good. Good selection of dishes, and was able to make substitutions because of food intolerances. Fresh squeezed juice and good coffee... More

A great little bistro with interesting dishes like pickled brussel sprouts and roasted corn risotto. My 13-year old had the duck and proclaimed it the best meal he had on our trip - and we had eaten at some very nice restaurants in Tofino and Whistler. Atmosphere is friendly with open air kitchen and accommodating staff.

Friendly, engaging service, great food and reasonable prices. The sort of dining experience you expect from Vancouver. We had the duck breast (divine) and ribeye (very good, but perhaps not the best cut). Enjoyed it so much we came back the next evening. We had the risotto (very nice) and the Halibut (excellent - matched surprisingly well with a tomato... More

Had the banana French toast and it was delicious, however the restaurant itself was very dark, cramped and hot. Service was good if not the speediest.

Narrow, urban and very yummy. Thick slabs of brioche toast with jam. Delicious Twisted (Bloody) Mary with green bean and brussels sprouts as garnishes. Tasty eggs. Asiago scones.

We ate here while in Vancouver to catch a cruise. It was warm & welcoming and the waitstaff was very friendly and professional. The wine choices by the glass were good & the dinner delicious. Seems as though the ingredients were very fresh and in just the right combinations. A nice evening out on the town.

Just as well we got there for when it opened (9.00am) as it was full within 10 minutes! Had an amazing breakfast and staff very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised when we went for lunch to find brunch. The French Toast with bananas was great. So yummy. My husband's eggs tasted great as well. It's an intimate place so if you don't like being right next to people this isn't the place for you. We would defintely go back.
