Came for lunch. Nice and long menu. Lots of options. Great price. For 12$ miso soup and sushi combo. Seem to be popular on the area. I was lucky and didn't wait but on exit the entrance was packed! You can ask for a quick meal or more elaborate one and you won't be dissapointed

My son and I went to this restaurant last week - he had been told about it by some friends who live in Vancouver. There was a wait - we were told approximately 20 minutes, so we went for a walk and came back - there were some seats opening up very soon. It wasn't long before there was a... More

We were in Vancouver for two nights and found this restaurant listed as one of the top four sushi restaurants in our hotel magazine (Sheraton). We knew the area so we went there on a Friday night at 7 pm. There was a small line of about 6-8 people so we put our name on a list and were told... More

Some of the best sushi in town. A great way to spend a mother's day evening. Been here before and this visit was no different. Sushi is tasty and obviously fresh. In a city full of sushi joints this one really stands out.!

Love love love the sushi! Tastes so fresh! If you're pressed for time during lunch don't bother, there's always a line up. I usually call ahead to preorder and take out on my break. It's a hidden gem in kerrisdale. Must try!

one of the best sushi bars in Vancouver if not Canada. ive been going there since it opened 14 years ago. For 14 years they have not changed their quality and niche. Simply sushi at its best

There are a lot of sushi restaurants in Vancouver, but soon enough you tire of eating average sushi and you yearn for something better. Ajisai is that something better. Their fish is incredibly fresh, and something so simple as sushi (there are no Crazy Rolls with sauces galore here) is elevated to something more than just food. I think this... More

Precious little sushi bar hidden in a small shopping centre off 41st street in Kerrisdale in West Vancouver. Lots of Japanese/Canadians. I'm not a sushi specialist, it's too expensive where we come from (the Netherlands), but this was delicious. Overwhelming menu -of course- so we tried our luck and it worked out well. The sashimi melted on the tongue, the... More

We have visited Ajisai two times in four days! The quality of the fish is truly excellent. Even our 2-year old daughter (who ate cooked fish though!) loved this Japanese spot, where kindness is distinctive of a real Japanese establishment. "The Happy Family"
