I was visiting Vancouver with a small group of people and one us stumbled upon Italian Kitchen in one of the tourist guides. We walked in without reservations midday and were seated quickly.

A consistently excellent experience - we love the little patio, the food - it's a perfect escape. The platters are to die for.

My niece was raving about this restaurant, so during my visit to Vancouver, we went here for lunch... We ordered so much food, and finished everything... it was that good..,But one menu stood out, it was Spagheti Meat Ball with Truffle..., Mamamia... it is to die for.. you must definitely try it..

Came here to spend the evening with a couple of girlfriends. Arrived at 9:30pm which in my opinion was perfect. We had an early reservation to avoid the crowds...good idea! The restaurant is very chic but comfortable. My husband and I split a margarita pizza and a penne dish. The food was awesome! First class service - great food. Every one in our party of five enjoyed it and would definitely return. We shared gelatto and cherries for dessert - almost licked the bowl it was so good.

After reading all the reviews, I was expecting a bit more. It was very noisy, and the food was OK but not great. The service was OK, waiter kept reaching across the table in front of us and was never there when we wanted him. Would not go back
