Being on this side of the world for the first time, we wanted to eat some Alaskan crab and more than one local recommended this restaurant. And local it seems to be, but just don't go there for the crab! First of all if you are not knowledgeable in chinese cuisine, don't even go because you will have no idea... More

A very popular and busy dim sum restaurant on the weekends. Brunch hours for dim sum are 10 am to 3 pm. Expect a line up after 11 but it seems to move fairly quickly. There is a large selection of tasty morsels to chose from and the dim sum is always fresh and hot. The wait staff are fast... More

We loved shrimp dumplings. The shrimp dumplings were delicious. The services were not friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean.

You will not find westernize Chinese menu items. The food is excellent from fresh oysters to giant Alaskan crab which is very pricey. Vancouver has a lot of Chinese restaurants and this one stands out for quality and menu selection.

What can I say except that if you want to experience some of the best dim sum the Lower Mainland has to offer, this is the place to visit short of jumping on a jet plane and flying to Hong Kong. I won't begin to try spelling all the wonderfully scrumptious dishes we had for brunch, except the shrimp dumplings,... More

We went here based on YELP reviews. Yup, this place has Hong-Kong style dimsum a cut above the other cookie cutter places. The setting is more elegant and they even have chopstick rests! The har gow (steamed shrimp dumplings) are HUGE and really good. the Nor mai gai attractively wrapped and delicious. I also loved the steamed tofu stuffed with... More

The price for the king crab was over thirty two dollars a pound; for a party of ten we ordered a twelve pound crab. The two dishes were delicious. If you want quality food, try this restaurant

The food was decent, although the service was a little slow. All of the steamed items were very hot and fresh. The chow mein was excellent.

Reviewed is their Dim Sum. Lots of competition in this city but SSW is consistently good. Lots of parking. Good location. Fast service. Reasonable prices
