Busy night but great food

We love it here. Half price pasta means a huge helping of seafood pasta with salmon, calamari, shrimp and scallops for $12! Thr bread for dipping in the oil and vinegar is much softer than in the past. I'm very happy because that used to be a complaint I had before. It was packed for a Monday we... read more

My husband and I went to this restaurant for a date night while we were on vacation in Vancouver, BC. It is a very intimate space with low light and live piano music. Our waiter was amazing. He was funny and friendly and very accommodating. I had the parmesan chicken which was the best I’ve ever had before or since.... More

The restaurant was good, service was good, and the food was good. Not someplace I would go out of the way for but if I was in the area I would. The street it is on is very tired with a lot of sleezy restaurants. This one is by far the best.

We found this by chance after walking along the seawall from Canada Place up towards Stanley Park. Google for directions. We had a two course lunch on the 12th May. It was excellent value for money and great tasting food. Staff very friendly and Deco was cosy. We enjoyed it so decided to go back on our last night before... More

Monday and Tuesday are half price pasta nights and it is such good value!! Great staff, cozy atmosphere, beautiful setting, bustling but relaxed. Delicious home made Italian food at great prices.

This would have to be one of the best Italian restaurants I've dined in. My wife and I had dinner there this evening as it was close to our hotel. Service was faultless and staff very pleasant. The meal was delicious and despite being packed dinner was served very quickly. Monday and Tuesday nights are half price pasta dishes so... More

I went there for diner and it was a really pleasant experience...The staff was friendly and the food was good. The portions were pretty big at a fair price. If you're looking for great deals then head there because on certain days they have some great offers.

I have been staying at The Rosellen Suites on Barlow near Denman for years and I have never eaten at Ciao Bella. Kent at the hotel suggested it as a place for good food that was not pretentious. First of all the restaurant is very small so reservations are a good idea, especially at 50% off pasta nights, Monday and... More

Disappointing. The service was attentive but the fixed menu didn't live up to memories of previous visits. The penne was not al dente - it was underdone; the other menu items were okay but not outstanding. The creme brule was the highlight of the dinner. Very busy, and too crowded to be romantic, although the live piano was nice. Not... More

My SO and I had a terrible experience at this Restaurant on Valentines day. I made reservations at Ciao Bella's a month before V day to secure a spot and also ensure I got the pick of what Vancouver had to offer. I decided Ciao Bella's as I love Italian food, and their menu looked great and reasonably priced. It... More
