Awesome Food

We had family visiting and one of them is Vegan, so we were told to try out this restaurant. We must have lucked out because we arrived on Sunday evening around dinner time and walked right in and got a table. There were lines throughout our meal but were seated very quickly. The food quality... read more

This was a fantastic experience all round for us. It was worth the trek from downtown Vancouver. Very busy (they are open 24/7 which is amazing as well) and very good food.

At first glance the menu looks really huge but looking in you can see most items come with a similar combination of base ingredients (i.e. potatoes) topped with other things. Team Tastic had the following: Gold Dragon Bowl ($11.25) (Naam potato fries, cheese, miso gravy, steamed veggies, sprouts, carrots & deep fried tofu) Super Burrito Platter ($15.25) (chili burrito, with... I visited this place and must admit I do not get the fuzz about it at all. This place came highly recommended by the locals as well as lonely planet etc but I cannot see why. The portions are huge but bland and boring. I am not a vegetarian but know that vegetarian food can be every bit as tasty... More

I literally ate at the Naam breakfast lunch and dinner for the 3 days I was staying in Kits. A short walk from the beach this restaurant has the true hippy vibe of 70's Vancouver. The staff are all super chilled, they have live music, the food is great and is very cheap.

Visiting and my sister took me here as it was in my food habits (GFV) and i enjoyed the atmosphere, selection of food, service and the servers recommendations. I started with the soup special which was a spicy bean - awesome and followed with their nut burger, no bun which the burger itself could have had more spices to knock... More

I make every effort to avoid the Naam after several disappointing meals. I once ordered chili and got what could only be described as a bowl of refried beans. It was thick, stodgy and bore only a glancing resemblance to chili, which should be rich, saucy, full of beans, veg and flavour. I get dragged in there occasionally but have... More

To be honest, i used to love going to the Naam but stopped going over a year ago due to countless bad experiences. So, as you can imagine when friends suggested we try it out for breakfast, i was hesitant. To my surprise, the service was efficient, friendly & knowledgible. The food came out quick, portion size was more than... More

We stopped in for lunch at this restaurant after a recommendation from a friend who lives in the area. My friend described this place as a bit "alternative" but the patrons were a solid mix of all ages and walks of life, not really "alternative" from what i could gauge. The place was extremely busy but we were seated quickly... More

Delicious! I've lived so close to the Naam, I am not sure how I haven't been a regular here until recently! Pretty laid back atmosphere, the service isn't speedy but it works for them. The food is delicious, flavorful and very fresh and the price is right. The staff are so nice - a friend of mine came in a... More
