There is nothing special about this restaurant but there is nothing wrong with it either. I went for brunch with a friend and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. The food was tasty enough and the service was friendly and quick. As long as you aren't expecting anything memorable, this place will suit you just fine if you are in... More

Always was my local when I lived in Vancouver. Now, when I return (too seldom) I always hit the Sunset Grill and always receive a warm welcome. Good food, good service, good beer, great place. I can't wait to get back.

Went for breakfast yesterday and had the Bacon & Eggs. The bacon is cooked almost dry and is very tasty like that (as opposed to fatty and rubbery). The over-easy eggs were cooked just as I asked. Also came with perfect fried potatoes and toast (you can specify which type). The toast also comes with PB & Jam. It was... More

A bit of a tired old place. Nothing much going on here... average food and service. away from the action on Yew street. Only go if every other place has a line-up!

Cozy, convenient location, convenient hours and cosmepolitan clients plus prices that don't empty your pocketbook! AND they have fish and chips on their menue!!! The chips are firm and the fish is lightly battered and served HOT. Its hard to find fish and ships in the city let alone good ones!! With all the other food choices (their dry ribs... More

Good daily specials, interesting house soups, and yes, it's another good weekend brunch location. They also show Canucks games and other sports on multiple TVs. The service is friendly, and the "hash browns" are tasty (though really they are home fries).
