Amazing food but small servings

Everything tasted great - presented very well, but serving sizes are small. We were told it is a family-run business. Small but excellent ambience. Reservations highly recommended.

Cosy place to have brunch on a weekend. The servers are always courteous and the food never disappoints. Try to get one of the three tables by the window as you have the added pleasure of being able to people watch.

Squid has always scared me and due to numerous bad experiences I had just learned to ignore it on the menu. Me and my family came to have dinner and ordered the squid as an appy and for some reason I tried it and it was fabulous!! The service was awesome and the ambiance was lovely. Every time I visit... We selected Provence .. For celebrating a friend's birthday. We decided to go for their brunch. Everything we tried was very tasty, specially the 'bites' section, I had the eggplant and my friend the mushrooms and both were great. I liked their Morning Glory/a.k.a Mimosa, perhaps it should be explained in the menu that it has alcohol, for those that... More

We wanted to celebrate our anniversary and wanted somewhere local. We have been here before and the food has always been great. We were surely not disappointed by the food, wine and the service from one of the waiters. It was all great. (Note - the other waiter is in training, and we all have to start somewhere. We took... While this restaurant was in Vancouver's top eating places for 2015, I went in with very high hopes. Considering I have a wealth of experience of dining out in Vancouver, as well as after having spent a considerable amount of time in the Mediterranean, this place comes nowhere near the suggested cuisine in what it so strongly upholds. The fish... More

First of all, with no doubt their Mimosa was great! And of course the tasty Monsieur Benedict! The quality of food was really good and staffs were really friendly, though the service wasn't good. It was a long wait to get the menus, give the order and get your food.

Attention to detail, excellent ingredients, and true passion easily overcome the limitations of this small restaurant. I have eaten here quite a few times, but alas, not recently. I was able to do a pre-set diner as part of the Vancouver Wine Festival and was instantly reminded about what I was missing. Scallops cooked to perfection, a duck that was... More

In the Point Grey neighbourhood of Vancouver, there are suprisingly few good (or even decent) restaurants, and that makes Provence Mediterranean Grill seem more impressive than it really is. This room has changed little in twenty years; it's reliably "okay" food, California-Euroean fusion, nothing risky. But Provence has always been noisy and often overcrowded. It is a restaurant now past... More

We came as a party of 2 couples to this for us new restaurant during the presently ongoing Vancouver Dine-Out, having been impressed by the menu presentation. The restaurant has a pleasant, neat but definitely not romantic ambience. On this special occasion it was totally filled and thus quite noisy. The small entrance area is very crammed in the winter...
