The Kingsway & King Edward location is the chain's original, then they opened a second location along Victoria Dr near 41st (now closed) and third location along Kingsway towards Boundary Road. This review is for their third location. Basically, they serve Pho noodles & variety of rice dishes with lemon grass pork chop or chicken, there is the usual deep... More

My friend and went here based on the review it got. It wasn't a busy day. Service wasn't very good. Server seemed almost irritated. Dishes are greasy and dirty. I felt so sick afterwards I'm definately convinced I caught a stomach bug. The food was okay but it's cheap. They messed up on our order even though my friend complained... More

We were eager to try out this place due to its reputation. Indeed the food presentation was above average but it was disappointingly an illusion. The Phnom Penh soup was too salty and the salad that came with the duck bamboo soup was filled with bean sprouts... The rice rolls stuffed with pork and black mushroom was good but the... More

We had lunch here. The buffé was goodtasting and you got a lot of thai food and even sushi. The drink and coffee with cockies were included in the price whis was very reasonable. Yoy got a lot for your money.

Ok, considering we had problems getting our table to be in a place where the waiters have space to walk by, I could tell we weren't gonna come out happy. The waitress did not say "hi", or anything, she just came and said "what do you want to order?". The strawberry milkshake was, well, not enjoyable. It didn't taste good... More

This was the second time we had eaten here, and things have gone down hill. The Pho broth is still wonderful, but the additions this time were meagre and frightful- beef tendon does not mean gristle... The decor is quite ghastly, and the young, completely self-absorbed server took no time to explain menu items, even when explicitly asked. I ordered... More

Went a couple times as this is the nearest Viet restaurant from my work place. The menu has quite a bit of variety compare to other restaurant, the food is ok, nothing to rave about. But the most unforgettable thing is the staff. The first time I went, it was like going to a food court, except not having to... More

Our menu was thrown at us and when I made a mistake in picking the right number she practically yelled at me and tapped the menu several times as to what number I wanted. One tap would have sufficed. When asking a question she rudely said "what?!" My spring roll was deep fried beyond recognition and had no flavor. Will... More

My wife and I discovered Pho Thai Hoa about 4 years ago and have been coming ever since. We have had just about everything on their menu and we have never been disapointed and I bring my clients here for lunch. Their pho is 2nd to none and the secret to any pho is the broth and this one is... More

Phoa Thai Hoa has the best Vietnamese food in Vancouver. The restaurant is usually clean. Definitey the best Pho and freshest in Vancouver. If I want Vietnamese this is the only restaurant I go to.
