IHave been there four times and have been never disappointed. It is a four course meal for $20.00 and you have many choices. You do have to reserve but if you are going down to Granville Island for the day, it is a wonderful lunch to have.

I took my husband to Bistro 101 as a birthday treat on a rare day in Vancouver. We reserved, and asked for a quiet table, as it can be busy. Once again, the staff at Bistro 101 was amazing - efficient, courteous and kind. The food was lovely. My husband chose all the daily creations for his courses and raved about... More

Went here for our first time and enjoyed the full course meals thoroughly. Perfectly made. Great service. Flavourful food. Course meal for two was well priced. Minimum seating requires reservations in advance but ensures a personal and intimate dinner in the granville island area. Great place for a date!

While I didn't have a reservation, thank gawd I got there at 6 pm, otherwise they probably wouldn't have had a table for me. It fills up fast after 7-8 pm. So I was in Vancouver for 3 days & had terrible or average meals for every meal, not to mention most of them were VERY expensive, so I lost... More

Our server was delightful. There was a surprise appetizer followed by the three course prix fixe menu. The salads and entree were great. The desserts somewhat disappointing. The entrance is around the corner from the school's address. We enjoyed a short walk around Granville Island market beforehand.

We just ate dinner at the PCI and the food was outstanding. The portions were the perfect size for a multicourse meal. Our server Alex was friendly and helpful. Each dish was delicious. It was Wednesday night and their wine bottles are half price and you can take home any leftovers. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I hadn't been here In At least 5 years. The decor has been updated, with a bar at the entrance. The Maître D is probably the instructor. He seated us, but wasn't very welcoming. He put the menus down on the table and left. A few words about the place or even some eye contact would have made a lot... More

Made a reservation here based on a friend's recommendation. Was in Vancouver for only two days and this was the only reservation we made. It was one of the best meals we had and a great value. A three course meal had a set price of $26 per person. My friend and I had both the same appetizers and entrees.... More

Difficult to book here, and thus have a high hope too. Good service here, but not yet excellent, it is really surprise me as this is really F&B 101. Food quality and outlook, honestly, cant reach Michelin level yet. Whatever the outlook, eg decoration, colour etc, is not really attractive. Quality of food may also affect the taste. I will... Thank you very much for your feedback. As Bistro 101 is a student-run restaurant, the kitchen and front of house are all indeed staffed by students in our diploma program. Thus, they are still in training and are continuing to learn and hone their skills. All that being said, we are very proud to be serving the public as a... More
