Wow, the food, the service, the wine....can't be beat. We loved this place. We'd go there again in a heart beat.

What a great dining experience! We had the pleasure of being taken to Le Crocodile a couple weeks ago while visiting Vancouver, and it was easy to see why this is one of the best restaurants in the city. I had read some of the reviews before we arrived in Vancouver, and we were so excited when our host for... More

Dining experiences don't get much better than Le Crocodile. Three of Vancouver's top chefs have trained here over the years. The restaurant excels in all areas. Located one block from the Robson Street shopping district it is within easy walking distance of many downtown hotels. Inside the atmosphere is one of restrained elegance. The acoustics are marvellous as even on... More

We have visited Le Crocodile several times over the years. While expensive, it has been worth it due to the high quality of the food. Last night, however, was a different story. I had the lamb shank which came with a watery, vinegary sauce. I sent it back and one minute later it came back with a sweetish watery apple... More

3 TOP Chefs who sharpened their craft under the guidance of Maestro Michel JACOB each took a day to prepare a Special Dinner to Celebrate this achievement. As one of those that dined here and enjoyed his offerings for these thirty years I must say it was exceptional! The month of November will be a Celebratory one at this establishment... More

We had read this place was fabulous, and tried to make reservations for Sunday. Unfortunately they are closed on Sunday. We purposely rearranged our dining, so we could stop here-and we are soooooo happy we did. They did not respond to my email inquiry for a reservation, so I called-twice! They were able to accommodate us on the second call.... More

Having not dined at Le Crocodile in many a year, it was decided that a return visit was mandated. There was no disappointment with a very good meal and outstanding service, but somehow not eliciting the extraordinary that one would expect from an establishment of this caliber?!?

Even in France, they don't do the classic style this well very often. We like and usually eat more inventive and globally-varied food, but once in a while this type of meal is a welcome treat. The menu had a nice variety within the old tradition, food was delicious (the veal scallops were a little thick, but the plenitude of... More

My husband & I dined here most recently in early September for our anniversary. We had an 8:30pm dinner reservation. [Reservations are a must. There is a tiny bar where food may be served as well. Great city location]. We arrived a few minutes early so our table was not ready so we walked around the block as it was... More

Many years ago during a visit to Vancouver, my husband and I discovered Le Crocodile. We recently returned before a cruise from Vancouver to Japan and once again enjoyed an excellent dinner. This is a place where a reservation is usually required. On Thursady evening it was full with people waiting for tables. Their frogs' legs are some of the... More
