Lovely meal.

We chose Le Crocodile based on reviews, close location and it's ranking. The service is impeccable, and the menu extensive. We dined later than usual, and after ordering an entree and main, were presented with an "amuse bouche" that was delicious but quite large. The tomato and gin soup was... read more

I've been in Vancouver several times due to the beginning or end of a cruise, but I never took the time to spend some time in the city. What a lovely and lively place filled with so many young people! After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, I made a reservation at Le Crocodile. While it was a bit difficult... More

Every time I go there for a business dinner or lunch, the service and food is impeccable. I, nor my guests, have ever been disappointed with the entire dining experience.

Our last night in Vancouver, we went for dinner. Oh my god, this place is amazing. I wish there was a 6th star to give this place. The meats were incredible, soup, escargot, veggies, all of it. Desserts? Yes please. The service was top of the line. So attentive and kind, we loved our server. We never felt neglected. We... More

This was our second visit and we again loved the food, service and atmosphere. Crab cakes are beautifully presented, the main fish dish was excellent. It's become our favorite place when we visit Vancouver. Bonus: free parking on nearby streets!

I just celebrated an important birthday. We chose Le Crocodile. When my husband called to make the dinner reservation, he was emphaticall asked: "Are you celebrating anything/Is this a special occasion?" His answer was "yes"! A big birthday for my wife. " He needed to call back again, and answered the same way when he was AGAIN asked the question.... More

This is one of the best restaurants we've ever been to. The crab cakes, halibut, sea bass, best fish ever. The lemon tart with passion fruit sorbet, wow! For the food, service, cleanliness, overall in our top five five stars ever! Would definitely check this place out.

We were celebrating a special occasion and wanted a fabulous meal. Le Crocodile delivered. The chef's were outstanding. Our server was initially quite neglectful, although when she arrived, very knowledgable. Too many tables for her to manage at once perhaps as she was rushed and it was 30 minutes before our food order was taken - granted there were many... More

We were left waiting in the foyer for about 10 minutes after we had booked via our concierge from our hotel. Then when we did finally sit I felt pressured by the waitress to whom I could hardly understand as she spoke so quickly, hence, I simply ordered from the menu as I had no idea what she had actually... For the most part, the menu is what French restos have been serving since the 1950s if not earlier. There's a few surf-and-turf type combos for the primitives. So the value this place presents has nothing to do with inventiveness, and everything to do with execution. Given the late-70s type building, it's hard to conjure up with the decor an... More
