So Delicious!

The food is so amazing. I had a duck soup that was simply amazing. Really complex flavours. Always busy. Good service.

We visited before a concert at Rogers Arena, which meant it was very busy in the restaurant. Despite that, the service was still good. Food here is very good, but the tomato & burrata salad is absolutely the best anywhere. Steak and salmon mains were good, but not outstanding. Peach dessert was also very good as were the cocktails. Wine... More

My husband and I arrived on time for our 6:30pm reservation on August 31. Upon being shown to our table we were informed that we had a two hour time limit, which we found somewhat off putting. We then sat for 20 minutes without anyone so much as making eye contact with us. So we left, and told the hostess... More

My friend stumbled upon this place while reading the reviews on yelp. During our stay, we came here twice because that's how good it was. From the service to the food to the fabulous drinks, I was very impressed with the quality that was being provided. The food was not overly cooked, well proportioned and very well seasoned to my... Pleasant patio, great beer selection, interesting menu items. We enjoyed venison burgers and Congolese mussels. Service was friendly and professional. Would return.

As most of the previous reviews of Chambar have already stated, Chambar is definitely worth a visit. Details from our visit: Very nice outside patio space Pisco cocktail with pineapple juice-not too sweet-ask them to take out the Patisse if you are not a licorice lover. White wine blend was very nice as was the Italian white (glasses, not bottle)... More

Although not in the main tourist or business area, this excellent restaurant in a rapidly gentrifying area of Vancouver was well worth hunting it out. Inventive dishes and excellent services made this birthday dinner almost worth getting a year older.

Food was good (steaks good, nothing exceptional) but bill was excessive. For 2 steaks, 2 beers, 1 plate of mushrooms and 1 small plate of pasta we paid more than 100 euro. Waiter (Alex) was extremelly kind. Alex: tip was small because it represents our satisfaction for the meal, and bill+food was not satisfactory. Thanks anyway for your kind service.
