Everything was PERFECT!. The service, the food, I like very much. I think that the only downside is that there is a wait line... it's not very pleasant if it is winter time...

We visited on Wednesday evening June 11. The restaurant was recommended by a local. We were told the food was good and we could enjoy our meal and not be hurried. We were seated promptly, ordered drinks and appetizers. The avgolemono soup was excellent and the dip sampler had generous portions and the piping hot pita bread was addictive. Among... More

Yes the amounts of food are very generous. The lamb kleftika was beautifully cooked and could have fed three people. My prawns in garlic and lemon were very good. The other two dishes however were most disappointing - a seafood souvlaki featured some very dry, over-cooked salmon, and my partner's moussaka was gluggy and terribly salty. The vegetables were reasonable,... More

We ordered the kalamari to share .. It was the worst I have ever eaten, and I love kalamari. My husband ordered the roasted pork special. It was dry, tasted reheated and several days old. The rice, the carrots and the potatoes tasted like they were cooked a week ago, I ordered the prawns in lemon. They were rubbery. The... More

Takis was recommended to us by a fellow traveller and we weren't disappointed. The lamb kleftika was sensational. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. We would certainly recommend this restaurant to fellow travellers.

Stopped in here following a hearty recommendation from our hotel concierge. We were not disappointed. Everything coming past our table looked delicious but we selected the spanikopita dinner, chicken souvlaki for the kids, and two orders of the special, cornish hen. Spanikopita perfectly cooked and plenty flavourful. The kids loved the souvlaki and it was nice having the option of... More

We were in the mood for small plates, and were able to select four from their extensive list of hot and cold starter plates that made for an enjoyable meal. Service was friendly and attentive, and atmosphere was that of a family run establishment. Food arrived promptly and hot dishes were hot. The baked/broiled cheese dish was especially good, as... We were staying on Burrard Street and found this fabulous little restaurant a short walk away. The food was fab and a great price too, just too much for the two of us sharing the Greek Platter!
