Good Restaurant

Good restaurant, seemed to be Italian inspired. I had the pacific BC salmon in a red sauce with some mussels and it was excellent. For a wine bar the wine selection was just average in my eyes. Prices were not outrageous. They had a nice patio seating area, but it was too hot when we went to sit... read more

Ordinary food and service. Much better options available in Yaletown. Went for dinner with a group of 4. One of us requested a grilled salmon priced at $29..she asked to avoid black pepper and was told that the only alternative was to have fried fish because "the grill had pepper". First grade pricing for third grade service and food. Better... More

Thanks very much for taking the time to give us feedback. Allergies and food intolerances are things that we have to take very seriously. We receive special requests relating to these issues multiple times every evening. We have even had specialized training done for our service staff with regard to handling allergies both proactively and reactively. If someone is allergic... More

First of all just order the Humboldt Squid for starters. It. Is. Brilliant. Excellent service and great food is key words when reviewing Brix. I'm no expert on wine and if the same goes for you Brix got you covered. They make their own suggestions as to what kind of wine (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, etc.) goes well with the dish... More

Just does everything right. Recommended for personal or business dinners. Patio/courtyard is the best.

after biking all day this place was a little bit of heaven! Everything was delicious! We got the lamb bacon salad, cod, salmon and risotto! I wanted to lick the plate it was so good! Outdoor patio is the best followed by window seating. They also take open table reservations. I will definitely come here again next time I'm in... More

We ate dinner here one night and were able to get a table in the courtyard. We truly enjoyed the neat, unique atmosphere, and the food and wine were delicious! The service was wonderful as well.

Eat outside, very good meals. We go there whenever were in Vancouver. I asked if they had beer flights and they did not but still made me a row.

Dinner for two. My partner had the du k and a I had salmon. Both were excellent. Side dishes combined well. Service was knowledgeable and attentive. They have an extensive wine list. Courtyard seating has a nice ambience to it. Located on the edge of Yaletown on a tree lined street.

This place was outstanding, the Lamb Shank was probably the best I've ever had, picked the bone right off the meat. Not too mention, we found a wine that Caymus won't sell in the US... their Zinfandel... sooo good!

This restaurant is conveniently located to Yaletown, but unlike many of the noisy establishments there, Brix is quiet and low-key but with high quality food and service. The courtyard provides a wonderful space in summer to enjoy an elegant repast. We shared a lovely kale salad. Certainly, generous portions. The rock fish was well prepared as was the other entree...
