Resturants that I have been to in Vancouver. Food was delicious staff were excellent and even Mr. Bishop was also there as well. I had the special which was veal, I've never had veal before it was the most delicious dish I've ever eaten. My husband had the lamb, he said it was the best lamb dish he's ever eaten,... More

We hadn't visited Bishops for a year and this time when we came to Vancouver we had to make it our first stop. It was so good last time. The staff are sooo friendly. So professional, and expert at what they do. The owner is there to keep things moving like clockwork. The Halibut meal and the Lamb meal were... More

My husband and I put research into the restaurants we want to visit before we arrive in a city as it is our hope to have exceptional food and service. We changed out one of our original Vancouver picks for Bishop's but I wish we would have gone with our other choice. Our experience at Bishop's wasn't bad but neither... More

My husband has been suggesting this restaurant for years and I've looked at the menu a few times and just wasn't too sure. We've eaten at some of the best restaurants Vancouver has to offer such as Hawksworth and Blue Water Cafe that are absolutely fantastic but I must say - after dining at Bishops - they went above and... Quaint French restaurant just outside of downtown area. If you are staying downtown, you will likely need a cab that costs less than $15CAD, including tip. Reservations are suggested in part due to limited hours, seating, and popularity. The food here was great and the atmosphere simple and comfortable. The staff was very warm and friendly, and all were knowledgable... More

I had the pleasure of eating at Bishops in May 2014 & it did not disappoint. Great menu & wine list along with the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver.

This restaurant is consistently one of Vancouver's best. Our recent visit was perfect from the moment we walked in until they saw us out to our waiting cab. The service is friendly - not stuffy. The food looked and tasted as good as anything we have had anywhere. The octopus carpaccio was a highlight and the rack of lamb is... More

My wife and I had always heard a lot of great reviews about Bishop's restaurant. When I noted that Trip advisor has it rated as the number 2 restaurant in Vancouver our decision to go there was easily made. Bishop's has been a successful restaurant in Vancouver for over 25 years and that says a lot about the quality of... More

Dined here to celebrate our adult daughter's graduation in August...and it was wonderful from the moment we stepped out of the car and Mr. Bishop plugged the meter for us. Outstanding service, wonderful wines and some of the best food we have ever enjoyed...and we have dined all over the world, in some of Canada's finest, and are good home... More

I don't recall memorable meals at Bishops, but I I recall the superb service and presentations. This time the halibut was delcious. The duck entree, appetizers, and desserts were nice -- and the additinal special appetizer was superb. A very relaxing dinner.
