Exceptionally crafted cocktails - didn't opt for the delicious seasonal offerings but a classic old fashioned - a solid, well concocted, perfect cocktail. The small plates were well constructed, with quality ingredients, and really refreshing (Burrata is a staple!). A clean, simple environment with well selected decor was an excellent place to relax - not overly boisterous or noisy. Can't... More

Food is amazing -- very delicious -- very unique. Our favourites include: the local cured sardines with creme fraiche, grilled octopus with polenta, and the best among the four dishes we ordered, the foie gras prepared with cream eggs and black truffle. We look forward to going back to try their beef carpaccio and burrata dish. The menu changes every... More

Everything from the food to the cocktails is prepared in front of you. It's a small and trendy late night spot frequented by locals who know enough to avoid the tourist traps. Watching the bartender work his magic is very entertaining.

These guys produce very special food that is remarkable for its flavour, creativity and flair. I only wish I could have eaten more. The tasting plates are generous sizes and the value is excellent. Meals came out slowly, but that is because is is freshly made by the busy chef. Some great beer too.

The meal was far above and beyond expectations - it made us want to visit Northern Italy The small plates approach works well and we all enjoyed all of them, finishing with a chocolate dessert that was heavenly.. The bartender's creations were excellent, also unique, and the Italian wines a great complement to the food. Our Server was friendly and... More

We found him! This is where the inimitable Chef Bill Robitaille has just resurfaced. He not only prepares divine food, he now owns the place. It's no longer a panino restaurant, it's an affordable high-end Italian small plate eatery. The room is intimate and comfortable. The menu is wide ranging. We had a fabulous dinner here tonight. H, the bartender... More

Small intimate spot with a focus on Italian inspired small plates, interesting Italian wine list, and now innovative cocktails by "H" one of Vancouver's top bartenders. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
