Yummy!

Delicious food, I bought 5 different things and they were all great. Only downside-it's cash only. Quite archaic these days for such a busy place.

Here I had steamed buns for the first time and they were delicious. Nice staff, good vaue for money, excellent food ! The steamed buns come in many variations, stuffed sweet or savory or just plain.

Our family of 6 was looking forward to enjoying Dim Sum in Chinatown. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. We would go back for sure.

To be honest, I didn't eat there. I would have, as the food all looked and smelled delicious. But with the weather at an unseasonable 90 F, they had to keep the doors open and in came the flies to visit the main attraction - the food at the sales counters. They hadn't gotten to the back, but it was... More

Very bad. Bad chef, they cooked oily foods. Always using microwave re-heated dim sum and foods. Won't go again.

It was very busy as we came in and we expected quite a bit of a wait. The staff however is very efficient and hard working and we had a table in no time. Tip; as you come in, walk past the bakery line to get to the restaurant line! The waitress was very helpful and patient with us foreigners... More

Lunch was a true China-style experience. The hustle bustle of Asia coupled with great food. The towers of hot, steaming filled buns baskets fresh from the kitchen reminded me of Shanghai. The green beans were the best ever. Very clean and busy.

You'll not miss this bakery the moment you arrive at Chinatown at Pender Street, a stone's throw away from Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Garden. And you'll be enticed to eat for the little signage about CNN Travel recommending the place. We ordered different styles of noodles and our favorite steamed buns. We also saw some 'kababayans' on the other tables enjoying... More

It's a busy place and a very basic place and the food is all good. The steamed buns can sell out early but there are plenty of other choices: Dim sum - steamed dumplings, won ton, noodle and/or rice dishes, shrimp pastries, etc. - all as they should be. The food was great, the prices reasonable and the place is... More
