I love their macaroons when im in vancouver. I have a sweet tooth and its always nice to drop in and grab a nice aromatic coffee and a sweet almond based french macaroon. Right across the street from kobe steakhouse, coast, and black n blue...location works well for after dinner dessert!

My wife and I absolutely fell in love with this bakery. It's located in the center of downtown Vancouver, and just a short stroll from our hotel. Truthfully, we stopped in as often as we could, not only for the extraordinary desserts, but for mini-breakfasts as well. I discovered I could 'fortify' my day of exploring Vancouver by bringing along... More

Lonely in your hotel room? Nothing that a take-out tiramisu won't fix. Fluffy decadence held in place by thin chocolate squares that will double as a spoon if you forget to ask for one. Take-out packaging helps with the delivery surprise if you have someone to share it with.

Amazing lattes and expresso drinks. The raisin danish was tasty but needed more raisins. Great seating both inside and outside. My daughter loved the croissant. Theyhave an amazing selection of pastries and cakes.

Went for a light breakfast. Had a Rhubarb pastry, brioche, and cappuccino. The brioche and cappuccino priced the perfect pairing while the rhubarb pastry was wonderfully tart with just the right amount of sweetness provided by the addition of strawberry. Delightful outside seating as well.

Thierry's is a dessert/coffee/drins spot. It's in the heart of downtown Vancouver, close to the shops on Robson street and the Vancouver hotel. I've been called a chocolate snob so this is not a place for the bargain shopper but for those who like french desserts or have friends who enjoy decadent desserts and would happily have a cup of... The restaurant tries to be one of the top-3 in Vancouver when it comes to desserts. I had been there a few times. Every time the desserts were good - but not to the level that was amazing. I would say that the desserts are comparable to those from a good patisserie in Paris. To me, Thomas Haas is definitely... More

Good food, but nothing really special and certainly not worth the astronomical prices. Go to Breka on Robson for a third of the price, nicer atmosphere, and the same good quality.

We were recommended to try Thierry for an after dinner drink and dessert. We actually turned down dessert and left an amazing restaurant (Blue Water Cafe) to go specifically to Thierry. The front counter service was nothing special, they were out of liquid chocolate so we couldn't order hot chocolates or mochas or anything (this was 9:30pm on Saturday night... More

They have the best pastries ever! and you're not gonna be dissappointed if you try their jambon croissants. Everything taste great, but you don't expect a service, you just order and get your things and good luck with finding a spot if you go there in weekends, but it's totally worth it
