Stayed at the Times Square Suites apartments on Robson and walked around the neighborhood. We passed the Cinch Grill and went in to check the restaurant & the menu. Small intimate restaurant with the most magnificent hanging baskets of flowers outside. We went back for dinner that evening with another couple & had a wonderful meal. The service was friendly... We were staying down by the bay in the Renaissance and just wanted some place down home and local. We walked the streets looking for just the right place and came across Cinch Grill. What a pleasure! Very friendly service. The food was fresh seafood in very excellent tasting pasta. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Rosellen Suites, Vancouver on Monday 16th September. It was a Monday Night and we walked the Streets close by to find no restaurants open. We then walked a short distance in Robson Street and found Cinch Grill. WHAT A FIND. It is only small and busy but the waitress found us seating. The food was just... More

We stumbled across this quaint little restaurant while visiting Vancouver. We had walked for blocks looking for something that felt right - and this looked perfect when we went inside. It is small - only 12 tables - but very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. There were also a few tables outside, but it was raining so we opted... More

The food tasted good and was refined. The risotto, pizza and spaghetti bolognese was all very good. Not the usual bland italian. Prices were afforable.

My husband & I love coming here to sit on the deck, have some wine and order a couple of appies. Moe the owner, and Misty the excellent waitress, take good care of us. This little gem located at Robson & Nicola st. It is surrounded by asian eateries so its offerings are a nice departure. We stopped here one... More

There are no words in any language that could describe the quality of the food I've ate there. The pizza (chorizo) and the chicken linguine me and my coworker had there was marvelous. The taste was to kill for. The calimari was cooked to perfection. Definitely going back there! Laid back atmosphere, relax and friendly service. Typical of a good... More

I dont understand all the hype. We feel like we're rushed by the caucasian female server . blatantly disrespectful. i think she is closing the resto that monday or tuesday night and she looks like she doesnt like her job. Food was bland. One of me and my friend's biggest regrets. There are other establishments along Robson to go to... More

At a conference in the Bayshore Hotel and out for a walk and turned left at Robson and saw The Cinch. Right off the bat I liked the name and it looked small and intimate. This Italian restaurant did not disappoint. I had an excellent green salad with Campari tomatoes and figs, unusual and delicious, followed by pan seared scallops... More
