Cute spot for Brunch

I know this may sound silly but I really wanted to come here because of the name! Luckily, the food was good too. We started with the Bloody Mary's - which also had siracha in them! Fun! If you're with a group, get the salmon sampler. It was really delicious and each piece of salmon was... read more

I recently stopped overnight in Vancouver and grabbed a room with my wife and daughter through Airbnb. I truly had no idea what sort of neighbourhood Yaletown was. After settling into our accommodation we literally stumbled across the flying pig as it seemed to be by far the busiest restaurant in the area. It was packed! We were politely met... More

My husband and I decided to try out the flying pig based on all the excellent reviews. The place had a nice ambiance - it was a little loud but it was a Friday night and the place was packed. We had a great table by the window on the 2nd floor with a nice view of the street below.... More

Went on a Friday night with 6 girls, was a great place. Good serves and location ! Had to wait about 25 min Ordered the Steak it was amazing but the side dish was way to much would ask for about half. Over would def recommend it if your in the Gastown area

Packed with young people, but the food was crap. Sauce for mussel clamp special appetizer had about 10 times the amount of salt it should have. The crispy Brussel sprouts were the same. Too salty to be edible. Cinnamon in the poutine with the pork rack was an interesting idea but again way overdone. You could taste nothing else. The... More

Cool vibe, good food and excellent service. The Maple Brown Sugar pie is awesome, not leave without trying it.

The food was super tasty!! The salads (beets) were excellent. BBQ and diverse main dishes met the most demanding food critique! The prices are reasonables and the place is super relax! Their selection of wine list diverse. I highly recommend this place (mostly visited by locals!)

My friends and I went to this pub a few times. I bought a round of ceasars for the group once we got our jackets off my fiance dropped his drink all over him. Within seconds it was cleaned up and the bartender giggles and persoanlly walks over and passes him another one. Without charge just said a funny joke... More

I agree with molley59. Overall we were pretty happy with the food and cheap vino. My only hang up was with the service... it wasn't good at all until the shift change and then we started being paid attention to. I can't see us going back only because there are so many great restaurants to choose from in Vancouver so... More

I'm not quite certain what all the fuss is about with this restaurant. I felt it was over-priced and loud to the point where you could not carry on a conversation nor even hear your server. As such, it was hard to actually gauge how friendly the server was. I thought the food was ok, but nothing I'd rush to... More
