We stopped by here one afternoon for a drink during their happy hour ($4 wine & beers). Although most people were eating, they were perfectly happy to seat us at the bar. Very friendly bar staff. We didn't eat but the food looked amazing with some great appetizers on offer. Will definitely be visiting for food next time.

We were in Gastown for the first time in twenty plus years...it was lunchtime, we were hungry and there in front of us was the Flying Pig, so why not try it. What a great restaurant this is. The menu for lunch was an eclectic delight and not easy to choose from the appetizer size dishes to the huge plates... More

Went out with a party of 5 and we all loved our meals, the service and the atmosphere. I had the Rocket & Watercress Beetroot Salad with local chevre, pears and walnuts for a starter and the Mount Lehman Roasted Half Chicken for the main dish. I would recommend this restaurant and will return!

Simple yet well executed dishes. Good food quality and attention to detail. Good for foodies. Try sitting at a window seat and people watch!

We were in Vancouver for 7 days and had lunch and dinner at the flying pig. This is a great restaurant with some fantastic food and great service. I will eat here again when next in the city. Located in gas town it is also good for drinks if you don't want to eat

My brother took my sister and me to this restaurant for our first night in Vancouver last week. He lives on the seawall so we took a nice stroll to the Yaletown location and walked right in with no reservations. Don't remember what time it was! He made a few suggestions, such as the three pea soup, which we did... More

We were just looking for a place to pop in for a drink, and found this pub. The staff was terrific - attentive, friendly and capable. Then, when we saw the menu boards, and the meats/cheeses hanging in the coolers, we all thought 'Why didn't we eat here?' We were jealous of the dishes brought out to other diners -... More

We popped in here by chance as as we passed it was 'Appy hour. They offer discounted drinks and appetizers. We grabbed a seat at the bar, grabbed a couple of drinks and then started with an order of skirt steak, moved on to fish cakes then some fancy mac and cheese. The portions were perfect and you wouldn't need... More

We were in Vancouver for a convention. Headed to gas town for some shopping and brunch. We all tried something different and everyone loved their meals! Staff was excellent, was the best meal we had in Vancouver! Definitely put it on your must try list!
