We were lucky to get seats all 4 when we walked in about 7pm a Monday night. This place is so tiny, but they have Very Good Quality Sushi. We order just enough as I read beforehand that their portions are generous. They serve no alcohol. I guess the best option is to "take out".

We adored this gem of a restaurant. Each individual piece of sushi was the size of my palm. My husband and I each had 7 pieces of sashimi (each piece must be 2 ounces.... Insanely huge!!) and 11 pieces of huuuuge sushi...and we were completely stuffed to the gills. Could not believe how much fish was in each roll. They... More

First place I had Sushi in Vancouver. I like Nigiri so we ordered a bunch, the pieces were HUGE! We ordered way too much since it was much larger portions then we are used to. Salmon was great, toro is usually my favorite but it was just ok here. Very affordable, only a few seats though so we went at... More

My salmon and tuna rolls had such little pieces of fish that it tasted like a rice roll. Service want friendly at first but when everyone left and I was the only person in the restaurant they smiled at me, when they brought me my bill. Wasn't expensive but didn't get very much considering. I won't be back. Too much... More

it is hard to rate this place average because what you get for the money you spend it is great. so not quite sure how to rate. the sushi bento boxes that we had were prepared well. the food was fresh. the service for being such a crowded and small place was great. you have to wonder at the fact... Stopped here for lunch and was impressed with the selection. The rolls I chose were very fresh and tasty. I would go here again.

We were excited to taste the famous Vancoucer sushis. This restaurant was recommanded by someone at tourism office as being excellent and very affordable. It was indeed affordable, but we were not impressed. Some rolls tasted like grocery store sushis, some did not hold and had to be eaten with a spoon. Some fish was grey... maybe this was normal,... We had a takeout dinner. It's been a great meal. Fast service and generous portions at reasonable prices.

Can't get better sushi for the price. Very generous portions and well prepared. The presentation was very good. It was a great meal. Not a place to linger with friends. Seating is very basic. They encourage takeout and a lot of people come in to pick up their phoned in orders.
