Everything made from scratch in their kitchen at the New Westminster quay market. Great quality meat and sides that are sourced locally from top quality, natural producers. They make home made cola and sweet tea that are awesome. Beef brisket and pork are incredibly tender, the sauces are flavourful and their biscuits are the best!! It takes a little bit... More

Went for lunch at the New Westminster Quay location. One order of pulled pork sandwich and one beef brisket sandwich with a side of coleslaw. Warned it would take 10 minutes to prepare and it did take the full 10. So, freshly made they were. Lots of meat, very tender and lean, tasty spicy sauce, decent bun. Good value for... More

I have been to the New Westminster Quay location and tried their platter. I normally am pretty easy to please with bar-b-q but didn't find the plate of mixed bar-b-q as good as I had hoped. I think the quality and preparation is good. The service is friendly and very helpful staff but the taste as good as I hoped.... More

The Re-Up BBQ is a food truck located on the public grounds of the Vancouver Art Gallery. The food truck has successfully made its return after being away due to the occupation of the public grounds of the Art Gallery due to the "Occupy Vancouver" protest. Having returned, the menu of the food truck has expanded from its BBQ pulled... More

My foodie friends and I have been talking all winter about the beginning of food cart season and in particular, the return of The Re-Up BBQ food cart. The meat is so tender, the sauce is so tasty and the southern ice tea so refreshing that my mouth is watering just writing this. While the beef brisket is tasty, it... More

This little foodcart near the BC Art Museum is an awesome find for anyone who can appreciate some good BBQ brisket or pulled pork. I love the brisket sandwich. The meat is tender and flavorful and the BBQ sauce is perfect - just enough heat and sweet mixed together. They only take cash and close when they run out of... More

Re-Up BBQ began as one of the first food carts in Vancouver a couple of years ago. It still operates its cart at Hornby and Georgia in the forecourt of the Vancouver Art Gallery, but also has a bricks and mortar cafe/deli in the River Market in New Westminster that opened in May 2012. This site offers many more menu... More

Who says a food truck only serves quickly made food? You can tell by the taste of Re-Up BBQ that their meat is slowed cooked. It's tender, moist, flavourful and oh so delicious. Just the smell of the food truck is incredible. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Much better than the BBQ I had tried... More

The Re-Up BBQ is one of the food cart contenders in Vancouver's burgeoning selection of street foods. Located on a prime location by the Vancouver Art Gallery, this is the perfect spot to stop and grab a bite. The pulled pork sandwhich was tender and tasty but not overly saucy, topped with crispy tangy coleslaw on a soft warm bun.... More
