We heard about this restaurant from our concierge and were glad about the recommendation. The restaurant has a hip vibe and the service was fantastic. Nicli has amazing hand crafted cocktails. The pizzas are very good and are very consistant with what you would find in Naples. Definately would go back next time in Vancouver.

Perhaps the best pizza my wife and I have had the pleasure to eat. Uncomplicated but yet unparalleled! And the service is warm and professional! But get there early (6ish) in the summer or otherwise be prepared to wait. They have a full bar and a great wine list as well. A must go in Vancouver!

I read a review of Nicli Antica and decided to try it for a weekday lunch. The room is big and bright, with a huge bar area looking on to the pizza prep area. We chose a table by the window and reviewed the menu which is refreshingly short. Like any really good pizza place, the menu keeps things simple... More

On our last night in Vancouver we walked from our hotel to Gastown where this restaurant is located. Perhaps because it was a long weekend we did not have to wait to get in. The pizza was light and flavorful as was the salad. We will definitely make a return trip.

Went here for a later meal (9pm) with a girlfriend and was shocked when we realized 2 hours had gone by. Th food was delicious from the appy, to main, to dessert and the wine was perfectly paired. I have already raved about this place to a number of friend and will CERTAINLY be back!

Perfect from the week they opened. Great atmosphere; good, clean, bright interior; fresh ingredients, perfectly bubbled thin crust EVERY time. All varieties are good; we've tried them all! Antipasti and salads great + consistent too. We've sat at the bar and at tables. Bar and wait staff always competent and friendly; even though ALWAYS busy! No reservations- our longest wait... More

Pizza a little above average, not a big variety offered (except for the special, which they were out of). It was hard to see what all the hype was about. My friend was treated poorly by the manager while waiting for me to arrive.

I have been here a couple of times. The famed 900 degree oven is its selling point, and I believe it was first on the scene in Vancouver. But I have enjoyed Via Tevere and Roma more. How do you get a soggy crust from a 900 degree oven? The salads are brilliant, plentiful and very fresh. Wine list is... More

Had a pizza craving and were told that Nicli Pizzeria was the place to go in the Gaslamp district. Pizza's were traditional Italian, thin with tasty (but not overbearing) toppings. Only thing to consider is that they don't take reservations for dinner, so it's a 20-30 minute wait at times, however they will take your name so you can have... More

If you think a multi page menu with dozens of selections from all food groups is necessary for a nice meal out this may not be your cup of tea. If, on the other hand, you believe a restaurant can leave its mark by being exceptionally good at a few things, you should try Nicli next time yu are out... More
