Cozy and high quality

This is a small and cozy place smack in the middle of Gastown. Food is inventive and tasty; service is polite and attentive. It ain't a fancy place, but if you want a quality meal that is reasonably priced, this is the place. Now, I did not get their prix fix menu, as it didn't seam like such a... read more

Superb restaurant with very good food and service. Perfect for that romantic setting where caviar and oysters are on the menu paired with wine or drinks. Catch a taxi to the restaurant as the neighbourhood is still in the early stages of gentrification and street life can be

Friends ordered the seafood tower. It was just Ok. I had the salmon and mushroom side. Salmon was way overcooked and dry. Mushrooms were way too sweet. It took 40minutes for them, from taking the order to serving. Disappointed at the service. Despite asking them twice, the water refill never came. It only came after a third time asking.

Very reasonable prices for supper food. The restaurant has a limited menu but there is something for everyone - meat lovers, seafood foodies and veggies. The wine list is reasonable in choice but a little pricy if you are not there in during happy hour. Their happy hour is good value. The food we had - shared some oysters, tuna... More

we went for the end of happy hour to overlap with the discounted seafood towers it was ok, but nothing special i did like the happy hour squid the towers have a decent quantity but for some reason i wasn't terribly impressed - i think its because i didn't like the sauces, but if you like chili maybe you would... Visiting Vancouver, we walked from downtown into the Gastown area for a reservation at Cork & Fin. Lovely decor --Seated in the balcony. We started with the seafood platter filled with oysters, incredibly delicious tuna and ceviche. Wine was well priced and delicious. Enjoyed three small plates of tuna watermelon (wonderful treat), Parmesan arugula salad and frites. Wow! Food was... More

This was an unexpectedly quiet Saturday evening meal. We decided to order Al a Carte versus the Family style option. Preferred this as it allowed us to choose our own meal. The meal is served tapas style with the dishes coming to the table as ready - be open to sharing your choices! All of the food was presented well... More

The Cork and Fin is a small restaurant that specializes in tasty and well presented dishes to share. Everything we tried was enjoyed by all of us and we will go back next time we are in Vancouver BC.

I like fish dishes. The service here is great. The kitchen is right there and they were able to adapt the dishes to some food allergies I had and make it specially for me. That's amazing. Great good and great service. I like the old world feel of the brick and the area of gastown. A very romantic place.
