The gelato is simply amazing. I really don't think I've had better anywhere else, Italy included. It was a bit overwhelming at first because they have so many amazing looking flavours. They have a 3 sample limit so I tried to find the ones that appealed to me the most. It was such a tough decision because all the flavours... More

This place is a great stop for a light dessert, tons of varieties of flavours and great service. Awesome patio outside and easy to get to from everywhere. Would definitely go there again, the Meyer Lemon with Zest was the best!

We were in Vancouver last year for the Lulu Lemon 1/2 Marathon and we were staying at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. Every night we went somewhere in a cab or walking we would pass the side of the hotel with this HUGE line up.. like I'm talkin' down the road, longest line I have ever seen! So we thought 'it... So worth it. I am impatient. I will gladly line up here without a complaint. The nougat gelato is my favorite and usually I try to get something new to try. I sometimes think about returning to get a second portion on the same day. I am not even a fan of ice cream/gelato, I seldom finish a whole cone.... More

My wife and I found Bella while waiting to depart on our cruise ship. I had the black sesame and my wife had coconut. Both of our gelatos were superb, BUT--- We followed up with what had to be the best cappuccinos we had ever had! Please not that we are both coffee junkies, and, to a degree, coffee snobs.... More

I didn't regret waiting 15 minutes outside to get my fresh gelato. I was unable to choose my gelato flavors and they offered samples. I particularly enjoyed the Espresso one. All flavors are appealing and look fresh. It's by the water and walking during the sunset with a gelato in his hands is a wonderful things to do in Vancouver.... More

Well, if you want snooty attitude and to be short changed / stolen from (albeit $2.00) then go to this place. The gelato is good. Not great, and it does not justify the line out the door. But it is good. I’ll give them that. However, when I went to pay with US dollars the exchange rate was 4 Canadian... More

Always amazing flavours in here and they change them regularly, so you never know what you will find. Several chocolate varieties - yum. They have won many awards and I can see why. A bit pricy, though.

I'm not a big gelato fan (sensitive teeth) but this place was so rammed whenever we walked past we jumped in on the one occasion it didn't have a queue running down the street. We even managed to take out a table outside in the sunshine. Busy place, quite pricey, but delicious gelato and a highlight of our Vancouver trip!

The best gelato I ever had was not, surprisingly, in Italy but in British Columbia, Vancouver. Perfect taste, perfect melt, perfect feeling. Salted caramel is a sin. I highly recommend this spot to try one of the different gelatos.
