Revisited the Pink Peppercorn this week with friends. I have been to this restaurant several times and have never had any negative experiences. We shared the calamari- absolutely the best. My three friends ALL had the salmon wellington and as always they raved about it. It is huge! I had prawns and scallops- really yummy- with great sides. For dessert... More

A friend of mine told me to check out this restaurant, despite the fact that I don’t like seafood. After much insistence from his behalf, I finally decided to give it a shot. The decoration was a bit simple for fine dining, but the friendly and attentive waiter made up for that completely. And the food was simply unbelievable. I... More

My sister brought me to the Pink Peppercorn in Vancouver, for dinner. It was lovely, the clams and mussels were fantastic, and the Calmaria was the best I have had in a very long time. I thoroughly enjoyed my Halibut, and will go back here again for the food and the great service.

As Yogi Berra once sais "It's like deja vu all over again". It's been at least 20 years since my wife and I had eaten at the Cannery restaurant and I still remember the salmon wellington. When we planned our trip to Alaska with an overnight in Vancouver we made it a point to go to the Cannery for that... More

Having enjoyed many date nights at the now closed Cannery. I was happy to see the chef and a few original staff members come together to create a new feel, that is slightly familIar. It isn't exactly the same, but if you have missed the bread with lobster oil, the Salmon Wellington, or Trio of Tartar, you really need to... More

A bit of a drive from downtown, we took a taxi and it was much further than I anticipated. The look and feel is a little dated, kinda steak/seafood house loungey. Service was OK and food was pretty good but nothing special.

Excellent food served by an extremely nice waiter! Would have given a 5 star review but the exterior and decor took it down a bit.

Came here with a party of 6 on a recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. This is a smaller, family run restaurant. As some of the other reviews mention do not let the outside scare you away, it is definitely worth stepping into. Service was fantastic and very attentive and interactive. The waiter was engaged with our... More

Heard about the restaurant from a friend of mine in New York. I booked the table in advance. We were a party of five. The best sea food we have had and the price was very reasonable. The Servers were cordial and made us feel welcome. We ordered a Papaya salad with shrimp and that was out of this world.... More
