Description: Drive through an evergreen oasis and dine beneath towering trees on the oceanfront, at The Teahouse on Stanley Park’s Ferguson Point. One of Stanley Park’s historic seaside landmarks, this popular meeting spot is minutes from downtown Vancouver and boasts an outdoor fireplace on the restaurant’s patio, which looks out to sunset views of Georgia Strait from the western tip of Stanley Park. The natural west coast atmosphere is perfectly enhanced by Executive Chef Anabelle Leslie's cuisine using fresh local ingredients. For private events, the Teahouse has three distinct rooms; perfect for seminars, meetings or special occasions of any kind. Each room offers ocean views that are unmatched in Vancouver. The Teahouse is a contemporary dining experience with a difference, accompanied by the longest sunsets in the city.

We were hungry and in the middle of Stanley Park. Usually I try to avoid these types of tourist traps because I think they'll serve lackluster food because they can. Not the case here. We ordered awesome crab cakes and light, flaky fish and chips. The service was friendly, even though they could tell we were economy. It was a... More

I was seated beside a window overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the sun beaming down on the mountains. Already you were feeling relaxed and happy! I ordered a refreshing glass of Red Rooster Riesling wine. A nice basket of fresh bread was provided as well. My appetizer was an albacore tuna and tomato salad, with red onions, feta cheese and... What a fabulous restaurant this is! The location is superb, overlooking Third Beach in English Bay with a view west, southwest. Located in one of North America's prized urban parks, Vancouver's Stanley Park, the service is excellent, both friendly and fast, and the good food is worth many visits. Also, it is not overly pricey, so it is quite unbeatable.... More

My partner and I met old friends here and had one the best brunch experiences we'd both had in a while. We sat in the conservatory area. Of course, the company of old friends helped greatly but the food was beautiful and was served with stunning attention to detail. Our friends had biked to the Teahouse and the staff took... More

I'm only rating this as not excellent because I ended up getting sick after the meal. Disclaimer: my own stomach, not bad food. My mom and I stopped into the Tea House for late lunch during a tour of Stanley Park. What beautiful scenery! The park in front of the restaurant has a beautiful view and amazing flowers in bloom... After a long day exploring Stanley Park we stopped here for lunch. We sat inside as it was really hot, even so the place has a great outdoor patio. We sat right on the window and enjoyed beautiful views over the bay. I had the Halibut and my husband had the salmon, both were good, but portions were really small.... More

I'm always impressed with the food when I go to the Teahouse because it is a 'tourist trap' sort of speak and they could get by with crap food. I love the big salad with chickpeas, the squid appetizer, and the non-alcoholic cocktails (I generally stop when riding my bike around the seawall). The view is like no other and... More

Having spent the morning exploring the park, we looked forward to our lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess, & shown to our table in the conservatory. For lunch, I choose a fresh salmon Caesar, the salmon perfectly prepared. My husband choose a burger, which was topped by a grilled portobello filled with grilled onions! It was visually impressive... More

Our entire family enjoyed this restaurant. Very nice restaurant, but also kid friendly with a kids menu. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny day and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the waterfront. The service was excellent, and the food was also very good. Overall, very happy with the Teahouse!

One word and one word only: Romantic. Following up on the adventures of my and my boyfriend's monthly "Fancy Dinner Date", I was taken to Teahouse for such an occasion and we were not at all disappointed. The location and the building are what really caught my attention; at about 5:30pm it was quiet, only a few seated tables, and... More
