We had ordered two appies and were very disappointed in the amount of deep fried batter on the fish. Couldn't even taste the calamari, had better in Calgary..a land locked province. Could have been any non descript fish...so battered and gross. Also had the local smelt, also hugely deep fried, can't even enjoy the flavour of anything...So disappointed to come... More

With a city that has dozens of miles of shoreline, it is hard to think that one location could stand out above the rest, but this seriously does take the cake. Set at the very end of Stanley Park, the restaurant has a spectacular view of both the north shore of the harbor (West Vancouver) and the south shore (Point... More

What better place to enjoy a meal in Stanley Park than The Teahouse? Built in 1938 as the officers mess for the Ferguson Point Battery defending English Bay, the original building has been expanded with banquet rooms and al fresco seating. From your table there are commanding views of ships at anchor in English Bay, the entrance to the Port... More

One vegetarian and one vegan and both do us were extremely satisfied. Lovely setting, gracious and knowledgable service. John is a native Vancouverite and he explained the history of the restaurant and the park. Thea view from anywhere in the restaurant is a dream. We always grab the patio if it is open. Sad when it is perfectly nice out... More

We had a great experience at the Teahouse in Stanley Park last week. After the drive through the park which is beautiful and an experience in itself, we came upon the Teahouse. The view is amazing! The staff were very attentive and helpful in recommending some wonderful dishes that were perfectly prepared. It felt like we were a million miles... More

Tea house located in the mid of Stanley Park, one of the best Park in the world. Tea house provide tea, coffee and alcoholic drinks. Some snacks provided and with variety of choice. Nice services, not excellent, but feeling leisure in such a house is much more important.

We were in Stanley Park and decided to try the Teahouse. We walked in without reservations on a Saturday evening, and got seated at a perfect outdoor table, with no wait! The view was spectacular, it could have not been more beautiful!! The sun was low in the sky and made blue water sparkle. STUNNING! The restaurant is just as... More

The location is almost surreal. Superb attentive service, great food, interesting menu and surrounded by the majestic trees of Stanley Park with a panoramic view out to sea, what more could one ask for! We will definitely return.

Our first attempt to eat lunch at the Teahouse was while we were doing the trolley through Stanley Park. We hopped off the trolley; asked for a table and were told it would be an hour wait. We decided to make reservation for the next day and were not disappointed with food nor service, We highly recommend the Teahouse.
