Only worth it because of discount

We came here because I got a discount coupon off social shopper for a 50% off deal. We chose the cheese fondue option. I wasn't disappointed with the quality of the fondue but the size of the pot. Even though

Everything was very tasty and had fun color and texture. The cheesecake was amazing. We also upgraded ourselves to sparkling tea which was awesome. I had the sparkling earl grey it was so so good. Of course being the foodies we are we also got hot green tea. We purchased a groupon to try it out and it was such... More

I came to this location, not only because it was super close to my apartment, but also because I had a Social Shoppers coupon for a Chocolate Fondue For Two. I hadn't had a stellar experience once before, when I visited last year, but this time, it felt like it had gotten worse. The waitress looked at me, then the... More

I purchased a Social Shopper coupon for a friend for Christmas. It was the one for afternoon tea. This week we were finally able to make the time. We upgraded our basic teas for a nominal cost and we both totally enjoyed them. The mini scones which came with Raspberry jam and Honey butter were very delicious. We could'nt pick a... More

I purchased a coupon on Living social late last year and finally got around to using it today just before it expired (I think that it was actually extended for me a couple of times without even asking). We had the chocolate fondue for two and it was plenty of food (banana, pineapple, strawberries, grapes and Granny Smith Apple along... More

we had afternoon tea this week. The food was bland and dry. We were not offered anything with the scones, just dry scones. The tea was good as was the coffee. I do mot feel the food in this store is worth serving to people looking forward to afternoon tea. We will not return

The service was polite and smiling, but: 1) the fondue portions were really very small (you needed only 2-3 pieces of dippings to finish all your cheese or chocolate fondue), 2) the dippings were mostly cut or served in large pieces and the fondue bowl was too small (if dipping just the edge of a muffin is enough for you,... My husband and I came here because we love fondue, we wanted to try this new restaurant and we found a Teambuy deal. I was surprised they don't take phone reservations but when I reserved online I wrote a note that I have a Teambuy/Dealfind/nCrowd coupon. nCrowd took over Dealfind who took over Teambuy. nCrowd has honoured both coupons companies.... We ordered one chocolate fondue and one savoury cheese fondue for 4 people to share. These were served with assorted bread, fruits, veggies and ice-cream balls. Portion was perfect (I don't like to waste food). Prices are reasonable and you can even get a sweet bargain from Groupon. Remember to read the fine prints on how to redeem. Will come... More

Capstone Tea & Fondue was just a short walk from our hotel, so we figured we'd give it a try. The atmosphere and environment are very modern, clean and inviting - we would've sat down, but were in a rush so got our drinks to go. We ordered: House Green Sparkling Fruit Iced Tea Roobios Vanilla Latte The servers were... More
