The Capstone Tea and Fondue was close to our hotel and we had seen customers enjoying fondue as we'd walked by. We decided to have an evening visit after supper for a dessert fondue. We'd noticed varied reviews on tripadvisor but we weren't using any kind of coupon etc. The menu was clear, the staff friendly and we got exactly... More

Went there on Christmas Day 2013 for the choclate fondue. They take their last seating at 9:30 and we arrived shortly after. Was surprised that we were seated and the guy working also gave us extra time to order. Since I never had a fondue before, he patiently explained the option and made recommendations. The fondue and the coffee were... More

I've been here multiple times, always with a Groupon. I see a lot of people complaining about booking the Groupons, but it's all online and all easy. I always have booked it this way and never had an issue. It's not the company's fault that people can't figure it out, it says Location/Reservation and then Groupon reservation. Super easy. The... We went on a groupon so it was 50% off. I wouldn't pay full price for this. The cheese fondue was not a meal just bread, grapes, cherry tomatoes and pretzels to dip. The chocolate was a little bit tastier because who doesn't like chocolate. The problem was the items to dip the chocolate into. The grapes were repeated again, they... More

I learned about Capstone via Groupon. I attempted to book several times. They require you book online & don't provide a phone #. Their site does not allow for the Groupon reservation to be booked. I contacted them via their web page but over 2 months later-still no response. groupon is refunding my purchase but I'm very disappointed that I... More

We purchased a Groupon to Capstone Fondue earlier this month. We used the Groupon yesterday for a party of 4 adults and were disappointed by it. The advertisement clearly stated that it's a meal for four with personal-sized fondue pots. This is a very deceptive advertisement on the part of the business. A normal personal cheese fondue is around $12... More

They don't accept walkins with the groupon, fine, but if you book online it says reservation declined, phoned every day for a month with no response or apology. I ended up with a useless groupon I never got to use. what a waste!

The fruit selection is boring and small. The cheese doesn't have much flavour and the bread doesn't taste very fresh. Service was alright but they kept moving chairs beside us, which was loud and annoying. Too crowded, to cliche and not as good as I was hoping...

I attended with my g/f. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were seated within 5 minutes. It was our first time at this restaurant and the menu is quite extensive. So, we took our time and were reading through it, our server seemed a little worried and anxious that we were not ordering right away. After turning... More
