Food is good enough to warrant return visits by me in the past. However, their ability to manage seating and reservations are at best, amateurish. They have a habit of setting aside tables for reservations hours ahead, and letting them sit empty while walk-ins are turned away at the door. Every one of my previous visits, I have had to... More

We had a simple lunch here. Sat outside in the sunshine. The food is good quality and well priced. If you want Asian food near Downtown Vancouver then this is a good bet.

Went here for lunch and just wanted rolls. They were accommodating and let us order rolls off dinner menu and they had rice paper since I don't like seaweed wrap. Very good sushi!

We are frequent diners and have always appreciated the consistency of service and quality. The regular menu delivers items that keep you coming back. The fresh sheet is a nice option to keep the locals excited to come back. Over the past few years we have dined here without even a mediocre experience. Some do not miss items that may... More

We went here on like a triple date, me and my partner and my two cousins with their partners. We shared a few things as three of us are vegetarian, so it was easier some how. I tried prawns for the first time here (i've never had a prawn in my 25 years,,,!). I'm glad my first prawn was in... More

just got back to the hotel Great seaweed salad, salmon tartar, ribs and rolls. Based on the great reviews I was worried it might be too formal and pretentious but not at all. Classy but relaxed. I will be back

This is a somewhat casual looking restaurant but don't be fooled- it is as good as any in Vancouver, and a fitting sibling to management's highly rated Zest Restaurant on West 16th. The barbecue ribs are outer-worldly delicious. The daily specials sheet always has wonderful surprises. The tempura, sashimi and nigiri items are top quality and perfectly prepared. Lots of... More
