This place was wonderful. It's probably not the best place to go if you're on a strict budget, but if you can afford it the food and drink is most definitely worth it. We ended up sitting at the bar opposite the pastry chef. What a place to sit! I suggest ordering light and saving room for dessert. My wife... more

Another large, but cozy eating heaven in downtown Vancouver. Very expensive but worth it for a splurge! I tried grilled shrimp, fennel coleslaw, marinated vegetables, veal cheeks with fresh pasta, walnut/mushroom raviolis, roast chicken with yam gnocchi, and, uh oh, I lost count. All excellent. The peach cake dessert was fresh and pleasant but bland and not worth ordering, and... more

If you don't know the address, you may miss Cin Cin on Robson Street. It's very unassuming. Once inside, the food was fantastic and the service was great. We had an appetizer, the pizza and the gnocchi with rabbitt, flan for dessert, and finished it off with grappa. I don't normally leave restaurants thoroughly impressed, but Cin Cin truly impressed... more

We stopped in at Cin Cin without reservation and were happy to be seated quickly near the wood fired oven. Perhaps some wouldn't like that table but we enjoyed watching hte chefs prepare the dishes out of it. Contrary to the previous review the atmosphere was quiet on the night we were there, with only one group of gals taking... more

We thoroughly enjoyed camera flashes in the face all night by ignorant tourists taking fifteen pictures of each course and each other eatting their meals. Then the combo of food which was mediocre and the decor made me feel like catcus club or the crepe place down the street would have been a MUCH better choice for italian. Not good.... more

We come to Vancouver just about every summer. We ate at Cin Cin this time, and had a wonderful experience. It is a really beautiful restaurant - sort of Italian ecclectic. My husband had the Halibut and I had Lobster pasta. The Lobster did lack the typical east coast flavor, but the Halibut was perfection! The salads were delicious; we... more
