This place is out of the way but well worth the trip on Granville Island. Trip advisor was right on with their reviews. Absolutely wonderful place to have a Belgian waffle. It is not a huge place and the restaurant is pretty spartan but their waffles are awesome and you get a good helping of fresh fruit as well. We... More

The only dissapointing thing about this is that my office recently moved and I am no longer 3 blocks away! I love the sandwichs here...all of them and I will say that I have tried everyone one of them multiple times. If I had to say favorites it would be the curry chicken salad, the beef on beer bread and... More

Authentic waffles in Kits. You can sit in (it's a small place) or take them to go. My favorite is the waffle with custard, whipped cream and fresh fruit. I usually get it to go (all for $8.95) and enjoy it at home. The baguettes here are also really addictive - maybe my favorite in the city.

We love the waffles, the sweets, the coffee and the sandwiches are pretty awesome. It does not get much better than this. As we live in the area we often go late in the afternoon. One time we were there at closing and it was so nice being the only ones in the place. Oh to have it all to... More

Excellent croissant, great coffee, how can it get better? Patisserie Lebeau does not disappoint. Their pastries, waffles and bread are just heavenly. Must be the real butter and real cream. I love this place.

Difficult to not stop at Patisserie Lebeau in the morning. Just follow the smell! And it catches me! You're always welcomed with a smile. The waffles are still hot, so fresh and tasty. You will also find fresh delicious sandwiches and other pastries all better than the others. You must try it!

We arrived on day 2 after they opened the door for business. Still had some kinks to smooth over (the server wasn't sure of the contents of the pastry, but was quick to ask and report back). Had a great sandwich on a delicious baguette with eggplant and roasted red peppers and chevre. And a fantastic chocolate dessert. Next: try... More
