The food was good and can't beat the view

On a sunny summer day, sitting outside on the patio at Seasons has to be one of life's finer experiences. We were walk-ins without reservations so we were thrilled that we could snag an outdoor table. We had lunch and the view was great as usual even on a cloudy day. The service was very attentive and good. We had the special of the day, fish and chips and prime rib sandwich. Fish batter was light and fries were made from fresh potatoes rather than frozen. Sandwich was tasty although we thought the ciabatta bun was... More

We had a really nice evening at Seasons a few weeks ago. We had a beautiful view of the gardens, sitting at a round table in the corner. Dinner was fine but not commensurate with the view or the pretence. We started with the wedge salad but instead of bold flavours of blue cheese and bacon, it was meek, with... More

We hadn't been to Queen Elizabeth Park for some time so decided to go for a bite to eat and to try out the new Zip Line. We had eaten at Seasons a number of times over the years and found that not much had changed. The view overlooking the city and North Shore mountains is great and the service... More

Great view but food is only ok. We had a patio table with great view on Vancouver but the pizza was only ok. Service was good.

Lunch on the patio is all about the view: spectacular vista of downtown Vancouver seen through tall timber. We three ate the featured fish & chips (halibut and french fries) which were nicely presented by a willing waiter after a longish wait. The food was mundane -- bland batter and (I think) mass produced chips from the freezer. The beer... More

We planned a 100th birthday party celebration luncheon for our mother here with 65 guests and were given first class treatment by the staff all the way through from the initial planning to the actual luncheon last week. The three course meal had two choices for the starter of wild mushroom soup and a green salad. Both were delicious, however... More

This is the second time we have been at the restaurant in the last few months. First time with a large group in a private dining area and this time with a group of 12. The place has gorgeous views of down town Vancouver from atop Queen Elizabeth Park. Valet park as it is cheaper than parking and walking back... More

Great location and views. Unfortunately food was only average with average service. It took us a long time to get anybody's attention first to order then to pay the bill. The food was also unfortunately cold.
