Like another recent reviewer, I found the spices overpowering all the other flavours of the dish that I had, which was the Thai green curry noodle soup, I only asked for level "2" hot and my friend had the same dish and ordered level "1" hot but both of us found the heat too much and we're regular patrons at... Went to the Main street location or lunch. I arrived just after opening. I opted for the spring rolls and Singapore cashew curry with chicken. It took about 10 minutes for my spring rolls and another 10 or so minutes for my noodle dish. The spring rolls were filled with pre cooked ground pork. The dipping sauce was too sour... More

Our go to place before a movie. Great food and friendly service. Great quality for the $$ you spend.

Three of us were looking to have a quick dinner before a film last night but ended up ordering just some appy's because the people in before us seemed to be waiting a long time for their food and the music ( not what I'd call it) was techno annoying and very loud and the table was sticky. We had... More

This is literally one of my favorite meals. When we lived in VAN i couldn't go more than a day or two of forcing myself not to eat at noodle box before i would get weak and walk down the street for my spicy fix. Now its enough reason to return on its own. This is one of the few... More

We have tried this place 4 times the past couple of months. The protein portions are small, lots of sprouts added in. The sauces are usually pretty tasty but it's over priced for what you get.

After reading positive reviews of other Noodle Box restaurants and then trying it, I felt rather cheated. We went to the Homer Street location after the midday rush and the service was slow (people who ordered after us were served first), the noodles were greasy and, although I ordered a vegetable dish, there were precious few veggies in it. We... More

Got a Singapore Curry with Tofu here for take out. The stuff was disgusting, too much curry powder which masked every other taste. Apart from the chillies. I orderes medium hot, so 2 out of their 5 scale, and it was definitively too hot. For $13 I expected a better quality, so not a place to go back for me.... More

I went there yesterday with a friend because it was near the cinema we were going to afterwards. Oh how I regret having suggested this place. Thai Express costs nearly half the price and tastes much better. I ordered the Coconut chicken and there were only 4 small pieces of chicken in a small bowl. I was chalking this down... More
