As soon as you walk into the cafe, time ceases to exist, You are transported into a world where your food and drink are made with love and the owners, Manon and Alan, take the time to chat with you and share who they are. While some may find the prices high, everything is strictly organic and the price is... More

This cafe, bakery and bookstore are for people who can appreciate the good things in life. This place is a mirror, if you feel the service is rude, Check yourself! (If you're rushing to catch the ferry, don't rush in or try to see how rude the staff is, seriously??) This cafe allows for one to experience mindfulness in food,... More

I always enjoy my visit to this bakery and bookstore. Cerainly the best matcha with a brilliant blend of spices and yummy treats to go with it. The building is delightful. The books are always interesting and we are always welcomed and enjoy interesting conversations with the owners. We appreciate the quality of the food.and the energy that goes into... More

The woman is like a character out of a skit! I only went in there because a family member told me I would get a kick out of how rude the service was. Probably worth the price of their cheapest drink to experience the holier than thou attitude and sneers in response to simple questions. I personally really enjoyed it,... More

I have been enjoying the veggie burger at Morningside for years. There is no other like it in this world. Somehow they have mastered the art of making flavors dance together, and the texture is delightful. Served on freshly baked Morningside style ciabatta bread with slices of smoked tofu, tomatoes and their own special seasoning...mmmmm...I look forward to my next... More

Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful produce and easily some of the best coffee and food on the island. Perfect for coffee fanatics. Thank you so much for creating a wonderful space for our Sunday ritual. And for the great work!

All build out of recycled materials, we could feel the warmth and the love in this place. As soon as we got in we met Alan and Manon the... More
