Decent pub fare

I've been to this pub a few times. It seems to be a local favourite, especially for hockey games. The food is quite decent for pub fare. This time I tried the loaded beef dip with fries. The beef dip was quite good. It had a slightly toasted bun and a good amount of beef. It was flavourful... read more

Used to come here a fair bit years ago. Recently, my husband and I went to watch a hockey game. Enjoyable experience, and really love the atmosphere. Nothing like having a meal overlooking the water!

I had the fish taco's for lunch, it was halibut but hard to find the fish with so much batter. I would have preferred to taste the fish but they were good otherwise. We also ordered fish and chips...too many chips and again the fish was so hidden deep in the batter it was hard to find to taste. The... More

We came here after our first choice of restaurant was full, food was very much meh. My jalapeño Mac and cheese was kinda disappointing, but beer was cold! It wasn't that busy but it still took forever for the server to bring our food, we even had to remind her about our drinks once. It wasn't really that bad of... More

We have stopped in at Breakers for lunch twice now. The staff is friendly the food is great and the view is fun. Both experiences have been the same. Enjoy!

I can't eat here anymore. Every year our group comes up to fish and we'd pop in here. Nothing to rave about and the calamari is consistently undercooked. The batter should be toasted at least but it's soft and white like it was dipped in the deep fryer just long enough to thaw it. Gross. Now we eat elsewhere.

Great view of the water front. Very relaxed and friendly feel to the place. Ordered clam chowder and a salad with a burger. Very prompt hot and tasty food.

Primarily came here as a bar, but ate here twice, too. Both times, food was more than adequate, if nothing exciting (burger one day, fish and chips the other). Not overly pricey, but not massively cheap for what they were. Service was fast and friendly, I ate at the bar and the bar manager was very pleasant, cheerful, and even... More

I had the Thai chicken salad, the rest of the group had burgers, fries, and onion rings. Not a complaint heard!

We visited breakers after a long day of fishing and were happy with the fast service and quick refills on drinks. Food was descent. Give the grilled cheese burger a try.
